Not easy to find with the directions given and when we did find it we had a choice of 4 driveways and buildings to try and find where to check. It would have been much easier if the unit name had been supplied prior to check in. Eventually, after a phone call, the manager arrived and showed us in . The apartment is excellent! Very new, well furnished and clean. Breakfast was offered but we had already bought supplies.

The pool is dangerous. At 1.7m depth all over, you could not let a child near it much less an adult who couldn’t swim. There are no steps into the pool only a short ladder which some people could find difficult to negotiate.

Good location. Clean. Villa was cute. Outstanding view.

We asked the owner how we could reach her if we needed anything. To keep the air conditioning on, you need to lock all windows and doors and leave the only key in the room. The front door automatically locks and we accidentally locked ourselves out. The owner went out for dinner and could not be reached by telephone or email while we were locked out for 3-4 hours. We could not go to dinner or anywhere. This completely ruined our night. We found out later she could have given us a second key but didn’t. Also there were continuously barking dogs and an outdated kitchen.

The kitchen equipment was a bit hit and miss (eg no toaster). No outside storage for outdoor cushions meant bedrooms were crowded.
