Lovely hotel, very nice location by the botanical gardens. We had a great room on the 4th floor with a balcony - highly recommended! Good breakfast.

Good location, good breakfast, clean

It did not meet the expectations for the price we paid. Apart from location, this was a pretty standard "nothing special" hotel. The room was small (but ok that's fair, it's old). Bathrooms are old and shower curtain a bit gross. No AC, but as someone who grew up in Sweden I know this isn't common in the country. But since we were on the ground floor with window out to the road we couldn't leave the window open over night or any time we left. This made the room unbearably hot and not fun to sleep in!

the location right outside the most popular part of the city, next to a large garden. Staff was enormously helpful and breakfast especially good. Cozy building and the hotels garden was a perfect place to chill after the day.

Couldn’t get a double bed on short notice, which is understandable, but who are these psychopaths that book a room and have two separate beds?!? Says on Booking, that there’s a wellness center?

Great location close to green space, Botanical Gardens and sea. Easy hotel parking with minimal driving within city walls - roads not too thin !

Hotel had a flood so we had to eat breakfast outside. This wasn’t their fault but they didn’t mop it up regularly so we were walking through puddles to get our breakfast - slippy/unsafe. Lovely room in converted stables - very steep stairs - only Velux windows so no view out at all. Everything else was very nice and good bathroom with good Rictuals toiletries

I had a great time staying here! Location was perfect, still within the Visby wall but on the quieter part of the city, and super close to the beach! Great room, helpful staffs, nice breakfast.

Great location close to the center of Visby but still very quiet. Possibility to park the car. Beatiful and large room. Well prepared for our dog. A perfect breakfast. And finally a very nice staff.

My back and the beds didn't get along to well. A bit hard to find the hotel by car. The streets around are very narrow.

Nothing

Rooms were not properly cleaned. Curtains were broken. Room was a weird three single bed room even if we were a family staying together. The balcony’s front feels like it will fall down. This place needs a total refurbishment and people were loud all around the hotel at night.

Our room was in the basement with only two extremely small windows. All our clothes got a bad smell and I could not sleep. We paid 2900 sek and expected at least a decent room.
