Nice beautifull newly build hotel.

Can improve on cleanliness, fridge had black mould and little insects in it although it was empty it was not clean.

easy to reach from the airport, lies in a nice and quiet area close to the Mlini port and beaches. No car needed to get around. Dubrovnik Old City within easy reach. Very friendly and helpful staff - made us feel really welcome.

it was a fabulous place with delicious breakfast and atmosphere, owner and staff was very friendly highly recommended.

We didnt sleep at the hotel because at the last minute we were informed that our room had mistakingly been rented out. However, the hosts still made sure we had a very pleasant stay, which we most certainly did. The guest met us on arrival and personally checked us in a nice apartment downtown. Then she came to pick us up the next morrning and drove us to the hotel, where we were allowed to spend the whole day by the pool. Really nice spot to relax close to nice beaches on the Dubrovnick Riviera

This place works best if you have a car, less so if you depend on publuc transport

we expected to see a place with better maintenance. even though they have changed the furniture for a modern look the place doesnt look good. The air conditioner is too old so it doesnt work well in the heat of the summer, the bathroom walls werent clean. The pool looks dirty and the bed was comfortable.

Great location, wonderful pool, great room and balcony. It was useful to have access to fridges to keep food and water cold.

Having access to a fridge was great but it would have been helpful in the same room to have had access to plates, cutlery and a sink. Although i appreciate it wasnt self catering.

I didn’t like the pool maybe cause of the trees (dey leafs) were falling in the pool OR maybe I couldn’t see pool filter inside.

The studio we had was very comfortable and modern and the staff were really pleasant. Franke was very caring for her guests welfare and made our stay enjoyable as she was full of good advice. If there was a problem, like the room change, Franke and her husband Sorted it out as quickly as possible.The breakfasts were very varied and tasty and Natalia in the kitchen was lovely and friendly.

The double room ,which we had at first, needed more storage space for the two weeks we stayed. The shower in that room was unusable until we were able to move out into the bigger studio after two days.

Rooms were spacious. The check in and check out was super easy. The staff were very nice and helpful.

As a little minus, the location was a little bit out of Mlini center and beach (10-15 min walk), but on the other hand there is a shopping center nearby (K Centar Sub City 5-10 walk). The house is next to busy street, but our room was was very quiet and the view to the mountains was amazing. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was good enough (yoghurt, bread, fruits etc).

The swimming pool is quite small. Some of the staff members speak very little English, but everyone was very helpful so it is ok :)

It is a pleasant place, easy and fast can reach the old town of Dubrivnik. Within 5 minutes walk there are beautiful beaches and restaurants. The room is clean and tidy. Friendly host and delicious breakfast. We could be here again!
