Nice relaxing very good staff clean comfortable good value for money

Room/apartment was very spacious. Reception team members could be more interested in guests. Greetings with a smile and hello would be nice when you are at the reception area.

Pillows, if I can call them pillows, very warn/thin. There are lots of choices for breakfast and dinner, BUT neither of us like it, didn't use lunch so can't comment on it. You have to pay for good coffee, coffee from machine is free for all inclusive BUT its horrible. If you coffee person at breakfast forget it... no such facility at breakfast time...

Extremely old building, even older than how it looks from the pictures. Too bad as it could be such a nice property, but it s really terribly old.. as result we left 3 days earlier

Hi It was'nt so bad because for price we paid you cant'n expect something better. The staff was freandly ,the food was fresh and tasty,not mach choice,but still was a bit of rotation.

We dind't like the location,because this area is cold and always winde and there is no good beach . All hotel facilies and buildings is really old .Our room was worn out,maybe we had bad room,but anyway generally it needs restoration,or maybe just a bit of cosmetic decorating ,painting,and more better quality,because i did for years decorating and restorating works,and for me this hotel looks horrible.it's dont't need much,just a bit more care, and a bit medernaise

Bit of a hill to walk up.

Location was nice ,staff polite and helpful.Beds were comfortable and overall a nice room .Towels and bed sheets were changed twice and cleaning every day .Good entertainment and nice food

Cleaning wise as bathroom door was dirty and spider webs hanging in the corners The other thing was as we arrived late for the check-in (around 23.30) because of the flight and we did not have had any food at all .were expecting something little like a cold snack,anything really it would have been appreciated.

The food was excellent. Great value for money.. The entertainment staff were great and did their best to get everyone to join in their activities.

We are just back from a 3 night break. If you are looking for a cheap all inclusive getaway and can overlook the hotel being a little tired, then you honestly can't go wrong with this hotel. It far exceeded my expectations. Rooms are comfortable enough, food is great, drinks are great, entertainment team are great (not over the top but there if you want it), pool area is nice and staff are great. I absolutely recommend this hotel and we are looking to head back next month.

For the price we paid, there is absolutely nothing I could complain about. Remember how much you have paid and you will be impressed.

The hotel is good value for money. Staff is very helpful and has lots of information on how to get to places if needed. All inclusive food is superb, very tasty meals with lots of choices. Same with drinks at the bar (it's not the most tasty alcohol but you get what you pay for). The pool is a good size and sunbeds were comfortable, people didnt reserve a bed for the whole day which was great! Rooms are spacious with everything what you need for a short holiday break. Beds are not the most comfortable, but I didnt get back pains at least. Cleaners came in every day to make our beds and bring more toiletries if needed. Because this place is more popular with older holidaymakers, after the bar closed it would go very quiet after about 11pm (we had a room right next to the bar and didnt have any issues falling asleep). I would definitely stay here again, because of it's price and location, not packed with loud tourists and plenty of things to do around the town as well as at the hotel with all the games planned by the animators. There is no wifi in rooms, apart from the main areas of the reception and the bar. We had a weak connection cause our room was next to the bar. If you need to do a work call better use your own data. There is an option to pay extra for wifi but not sure how stable and strong the connection would be. The hotel could use a little bit of TLC, but then the prices would probably increase. The walls are pretty thin so if somebody was in a bathroom next door it would sound like somebody is next to you.

Food quality good plenty choice for any taste, plenty sun beds, staff very polite.

Lovely food friendly hotel staff especially the hard working entertainment staff who from morning till night provide a variety of activities for all age guests swim aerobics archery table tennis yoga evening games too. Location much quieter than los cristianos but ideal for those who prefer less built up busier area. Bus service easy to use to day trip to playas das Americas which we did for shopping and beaches
