The accomodation was amazing we got a free upgrade to a 1 bed house,spotless,modern everthing you required

The sun beds were unncomfortable & no sun shades available The restaurant was nice but didnt cater for english all in other languages

There was a construction site nearby, with a loud noise every week that echoed from the buildings to the apartment’s balcony and terrace. Eating breakfast outdoors was not pleasant. The hotel did not provide a construction site at the time of booking. The sofa in the living room was really uncomfortable

The restaurant was particularly good, especially for evening meals

No cleaning whatsoever resulting in cockroaches and mosquitos; not advised of construction work!

Really liked the layout of the apartment which was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant and bar were great and the food was delicious and on the higher end of quality. The staff were funny and helpful. It’s very Belgian which was unexpected but not a bad thing! The pool area was lovely to relax in at the end of the day, but the loungers on our large balcony were also great.

The sofa was quite hard and plastic and could be more comfortable. There are lots of steps so if you have heavy suitcases or mobility problems it could be hard work.

It was a new apartment and very beautiful!

Too many steps to get up to the apartment and there was only paid WiFi in the apartment.

The appartment was very spatious,, two nice teraces, lokation good, , very close to the store . Pool area was nice. Furniture as for inside and for the terace was nice.

The equipment in appartment was very poor, very insuficcient,( no bottle opener !no tea strainer !for e. ) , barbecue with no raster !? very old, refrigirator half brokeen, no normal bowels for breakfast, no hairdrier!, The pool was not heathed / wich was the reasoin we have chosen this resort) - we asked for partial money back- no answer untill now ! No cleaning in 15 days / we had to do it ourselves /, special charching for chanching towels and loundry ??? wi fi special charge - unacceptable for the time we live in !! TV - only 16 programs, 14 of them in flamish !??? Closed restaurant two daysin the week and no interent arround it too !

Needs upgrading a lot. Have stayed there a lot in the past and now unfortunately it is not up to standard. Toilet kept blocking up, lights were not working. Quite basic by todays standards.
