Le calme, la gentillesse du personnel. Le restaurant dans la pinède. Effectivement il faut un véhicule si vous voulez visiter l’île car il est assez isolé, mais que cyborg d’être dans un havre de paix

Animation of the neighboring Hotel in the evening. Something against mosquitoes in the outdoor seating areas such as candles, sprays etc.

I like a lot facilities, beach is close by, staff is super friendly and breakfast is amazing ! Also food at restaurant is perfect 👍

Laundry takes 48 hours, you don’t have a corkscrew, spoons and forks and plates at your room. Also water is not available and drink it from the tap is simply not possible.

We have the pleasure to stay during 7 nights and everything was gorgeous, this hotel is definitely designed for couple. We love the spa day even is additional price but worth it. Also the buffet breakfast delicious.

The menus were very sparse and not suitable if you were someone who didn’t like seafood so much. The meat and pasta options were very limited . the staff to be fair were very accommodating but it unfortunately was just not food that we were accustomed too sadly. The dinner & lunch menu was super expensive and not good value for money as the portion were tiny. 2 very small, tasteless salads and 2 drinks + water for lunch was just over €50 we had 2 smalls mains, 4 beers & 2 coffees for dinner and it was €90 we found ourselves having to travel 20-30 mins by car to next towns to find other alternatives (luckily for us we had rental car so this was an option for us)

The hotel is great, rooms are very nice and spacious, the people and service are very professional and friendly, I would stay here longer if I could, and I will for sure come back here if I will be in Sardinia again!

The hotel wifi was not great and difficult to connect from the room. 4G coverage was also sporadic so a little challenging on both fronts given we needed to connect for professional reasons.

We had a lovely size room which was very clean. The hotel was pretty, with a lovely relaxed vibe. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I loved the free experiences the hotel offered for example the wine tasting, natural rock pool tour and pasta cooking class! This was such a great surprise so thank you! Love breakfast buffet too. The spa was lovely too

I would suggest more attention should be paid to keep fruit flies away from the breakfast buffet! Personal preference - wish the pool was a little heated in the cooler months, and a little more attention to cleaning out the dead flies in the pool.

great resort with all facilities to make a stay comfortable. breakfast was amazing and really fun staff at the resort bar. we were off season, so was too cold for the pool and private beach. room was also nice, shower was amazing and huge bed

we were sure that the spa is apart of the offering and assumed there’ll be a sauna/hot tub.. but it requires booking and is not a self serving experience

The breakfast and evening meals were copious, delicious and efficiently served. The service was superior to any that we've experienced, anywhere in the world. The serenity was maintained by the 'adults only' specification. The beach bar in the pines, overlooking the sea - perfection!

The hotel is a few hours drive from the nearest airport (Cagliari) The beach is shelved with loose pebbles, making it difficutl to get in and out of the inviting sea.

Huge selection of high quality food for breakfast but service of coffee a bit slow. Excellent dinner choices and really tasty dishes. First evening dinner was in the beach restaurant which was lovely - but I had hoped to have a cocktail before my meal - but my food was served almost immediately so felt a bit rushed. Second evening was better as had a cocktail in the bar area and then went up to the restaurant. Relaxation massage was lovely.

Slightly more attentive service at breakfast and less rushed service in the evening! Some of the curtains on the beds around the pool need to be replaced/repaired. Noise from neighbouring hotel was intrusive but guess that is outside the control of the hotel

Restaurants and bars were superb. Nice swimming pool and amazing beach. Very clean rooms. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Food quality was very high. Excellent variety of wines and drinks. One of the best beach hotel stays that I’ve had over the last 10 years. I’d stay there again without hesitation.

Reception staff could be a little bit more helpful regarding explaining the costs (mini bar / extras etc) at the point of check-out.

The staff all around were friendly and helpful. I have a foot injury and they were very accommodating sending the golf cart to take me to and from the beach. Restaurant staff were also super friendly and always smiling and making an effort to give you a five star service. The dinner was great with various options and different every day so you don’t get bored. Beach was really nice and clean. Mainly sandy with some small pebbles.

There wasn’t much I didn’t like more what I think can be improved on. Although the dinner was great I didn’t like the fact that it didn’t include a drink or even water. We paid almost 300 British pounds a night and you would think for this price our dinner would come with at least water. But all drinks you must pay for. Also we had the flexible room stay, where we were told that we would move throughout our stay. That was no problem, but I had hoped and did request that at least one of those rooms would come with a jacuzzi. I don’t know if those are even more expensive but it would have been nice to stay in one for at least one day since we were asked to move. The first room was too noisy, staff were cleaning super early and we couldn’t sleep in late. Second was good nicer view. Third was ok but no privacy if we wanted to sit outside. Breakfast was also super early from 7:30 to 10:30. Most people there go to relax and sleep in late but since we paid for breakfast we had to force ourselves to wake up early and eat early, would have preferred to sleep in and wake up leisurely to eat. Maybe I would say it would be nice if they extend breakfast to 11:30.

We are returning for the 4th time and will book for next year. As always good service, staff that tries to meet and exceed your expectations, nice food and a relaxed holiday.
