Close to road, 5 min. to city by car, nearby fast-food and supermarket, quiet area.

To much information asked from me on vending machine which provides room key for guests; should be simplier

The room price in my case was quite higher than the facilities provided. No exhaust fan at bathroom. Bathroom is small.

Very difficult check in when you are late arrived or during weekends where there is no working reception at the afternoon. There is an automat check in machine close to the entrance, but if you don’t know how to manage this you will stay out of the hotel. If there weren’t outside the hotel some people to help us with the automat check in machine we would be still out of the hotel losing our booking. In my opinion (and lots of people more) hotel should have 24 hours working reception. It is necessary for a hotel. So, we liked the hotel room, however I don’t know if we will book again at the same having this difficulty

Walking distance to tram nr5 which goes to city center, parking on site

The gap in checkin, the fact that they forgot to leave the key for self checkin although i had written 1.5 months in advance, and the loud young guests and thin walls

Compared to other hotels/apartments in Graz, this was more affordable and completely reasonable as it had everything its supposed to have;clean sheets/towels/bed. Room was a bit smaller ,with small windows but I think staying here is very convenient and budget-friendly when visiting Graz for 2-3 days.

The location is not the best as you will need a cab/public transport to commute to the city centre.

Check in was done by entering data into the terminal next to door. The room was standard but comfortable.

The automatic check-in in the evening was not very intuitive in all aspects, but I managed.

Very commertial hotel without any originality. Personal was not interesting to us. Peripheral of city - long way to public transport and center of city. But center city is very nice.

Good location for travellers with free parking and no charge for the dog.

The room wasn’t clean - on one of the bed there where lots of dark hair. The sink was clogged and the room was really smelly.
