Accessible to schools. Covered and secured parking on a first come first serve basis. Hotel staff were very accommodating. Room is clean despite the building being old.

It was along Lacson so the trucks were too noisy, especially at night. Building itself is also a bit old. The lights inside the rooms could have been better, it was dim.

Accommodating staff and security. They all seem to be doing their best. The hotel is a bit close to the buses / stations northbound. Close to UST, 10 min ride to PRC, close to SM San Lazaro.Discounted price is just about right for what you get.

Very outdated rooms (rusted mirrors, rusted fridge, tiny dingy small table, uncomfy bed (they all.need to go).And this is supposed to be a premium room. Noticed off- putting smell at the front desk possibly due to water leaks/issues ( a water pipe burst 2hrs after we were settled and flooded the hallway and stairs). Breakfast included was rice congee (we opted to just eat out). Stayed here about 3x in the past and it really has gone down. I hope management will consider making some renos on this facility.

The staff were extremely helpful and nice, and even kind. The location was near where i needed to go, and they guided me there.

The Breakfast was awful. It was in the deal, but awful. Congee only every day. So sad because everything else was really good here
