Body hair in the toilet and bathroom of other people. The bed is very cheep and uncomfortable. Towels with dirt. Altitude of the stuff, let you feel not good and not welcome! NOT VALUE FOR MONEY! It's my first time since 11 years I live abroad I'm writing bad review about any hotel. I will never book again for any hotel of them! By the way, they take from you 500 Shekel deposit - why? You afraid that I will still body hair of another person or dirt towel or cheep furniture? I've never had anything like that!

I very never leave negative reviews, but I thought that this one needed to be read. The worst hotel stay I've ever had was in this one. It all began with the front desk never being staffed. I would continually I complain that my room is lacking towels when someone finally arrived at the front desk. When I eventually decided to take a shower, I always had to let myself air dry. On top of it when I approached them about the issue they would give me an attitude and totally disregard my discomforts. Felt super uncomfortable to ask for an extra room key and towels and everything else. on top of it the room felt dampy because the AC wasn’t working in a way where i felt always sticky. When I went to the pool and wanted to let my sister come visit and hangout by the pool they made a whole scene and kicked her out, which embarrassed me and made me feel more uncomfortable than I already was.

Facilities are in disrepair and not clean. Bad smell in the lobby throughout the stay Was offered early checkin online but not granted with very unfriendly and scripted staff response and without any real effort that ruined the experience for us

there were no extra towels. the reception did not answer the phone. the room wasn’t clean enough.

the property is dirty and not comfortable and it stinks and I enjoy stay different hotels around the world and this is my worst experience

Location was great

No internet for the whole stay. Terrible response from personnel. Check-in took over 30 minutes and they were not very helpful or friendly. I would not ho back

1. Bedclothes were very dirty. Just after 3 attempts they changed them to acceptable ones. 2. You are not even allowed to bring a guest to the pool area, not even just for a talk and also not for money. The director herself communicated it to me in a very rude way.

The decking around the pool gets extremely hot, dangerously so in direct sunlight. It was impossible to walk on it without shoes
