Good location.
Room was not ready when we arrived at 4pm. Finally got a room after 5pm. Staff not very helpful. Food and drinks at the bar took a long time. Small pool and not many Sun beds for the amount of rooms.

It was all just amazing!! Milia from the reception and Panagiotis from the bar,even cleaning ladies was all so good and helpful. The hotel facilities are amazing, with nice big pool,nice big rooms and clean!! Nice breakfast,nice drinks and music. Really there was nothing you can't like about the hotel. It's one of the best hotels i ever been. And believe me when i say that it's maybe better from 4 star or even 5... nothing to be jealous of. You can't find better for it's price. The location it's great.

The staff was great! They were there to help us with whatever we needed. The rooms were great, note that we had 2 rooms because we were 5 people. Both rooms were very clean, everything worked, it had air conditioning, clean bathrooms and very comfortable beds.
At night, if you are a woman, do not walk on your own outside the hotel. Drive! Do not walk!

The location is great - just a couple of minutes' walk from the bar street.
We booked the room very late (around 1 am) via booking.com and when we arrived (around 2 am) the booking hadn't come through so there wasn't a room made up for us and we had to wait 20 mins or so for them to figure out where to put us. I suppose this is less the hotel's fault and more a problem with the booking system? Not sure.
They gave us bed sheets to make up the futon ourselves— and problem with the air con in the room. We only booked it for a few hours sleep after going out in Napa but compared to the other more modern, clean, cheap, fully functional self-service apartments I've stayed at, it wasn't as good.
