L’accueil ! Personnel au petit soin et d’une gentillesse extraordinaire. Pensant réserver une chambre avec baignoire pour baigner mes jumeaux de 20 mois, et c’était une douche. Nicolas nous a trouvé une baignoire de bébé ! Parfait quelle réactivité. L’emplacement est idéal… nous nous sommes régalés… à très bientôt St Malo

Staff were exceptionally nice!
Location was very central and historic feeling. Parking was easy and nearby and free from 8pm to 9am. Easy for the ferry. A short walk to lots of nice places to eat and drink. Comfy bed.
There was some noise of partying outside until about midnight but it is a central location so nothing the hotel can do about that!
The room was small but clean and comfy.
Some fresh baguettes or a toaster for the sliced bread at breakfast would be nice.

Very small room and poor breakfast facilities. Shower was close to dangerous as really slippery. Reminded us of very cheap hotel.

Pas de clim. Très chaud et pas possible d'ouvrir les fenêtres car trop bruyant dehors. Le prix est vraiment élevé en saison pour des chambres vraiment petites.

Upgraded room turned out to be a downgrade! Why were we conned by Booking.com to see if we could upgrade, when it appears we had an enviable view of the city and more secure room?

Très bien situé. Bon petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix de la chambre. Accueil au top. Conseils de visites et de restaurants vraiment géniaux.
Le seul bémol serait l'ascenseur vraiment trop trop petit.

Lack of air conditioning made for a very hot room, also the window on the ground floor room was protected by a flexible sheet so no ventilation could be achieved

Great breakfast and great location
We had a room that faced into town and it was noisy outside until after midnight. The room was hot (no aircon) but we had to keep the window closed.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ibis. The location was convenient, particularly if you have a rental car parked just outside the city walls. It's in a cool old building, and the room was clean and comfortable. The shower was amazing, and the staff members were friendly. Breakfast was good. Would recommend!
