We've stayed here a few times, love the location and the staff are just lovely. We can walk onto the beach from here which is so nice to do. Beds/pillows are so comfortable and the food is good too. We book the deluxe rooms right in front of the pool

Sound proofing in rooms is very poor. You can hear guests next door like they are in your room.

The Staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, they were very attentive and pleasant and helpfull at all times.
The food was great and plenty of choice for me but not so much for a vegetarians (but thats the same all over Bali)
The room was a good size and the shower was hot at all times.
The pool area was not huge with only room for a few sunbeds, but dont think its that kind of hotel.

The service from beginning to end was excellent.
I upgraded my room which looked over the pool out to sea. The room was spacious , beds comfortable, tea, coffee etc available. There was entertainment in the restaurant in the evenings. The food was excellent.

The location on the bay was really nice.
I think if the hotel is going to have a New Years party then they have an obligation to tell guests that BEFORE they book. We were trying to get away from the noise of New years and the hotel had an all night fireworks/loud, blaring music event that kept us up most of the night. Are they running a night club or a hotel?? On top of that the food in the restaurant was sub-par and they tried to add fees to the bill twice....so check your bill before paying!!

Our room opened on to the pool which over looked the ocean. It was superb. We had two lean chairs right outside the door. The facilities were very nice. The restaurant staff were so kind and their device was excellent. We were able to hire a boat yo take us snorkeling right in front of the hotel. This was very convenient

The resort allowed us to store our bags whilst travelling to Gili Air. I got sick in gili air and couldn't return to the hotel, the resort coordinated a driver to collect our bags and meet us in Padangbai. The rooms were massive and clean. Restaurant is great, I couldn't recommend this place highly enough.
There was some drilling ongoing during breakfast-it lasted 45 minutes and spoilt the sea side atmosphere.

A peaceful place to relax with a wonderful pool and sea view. There are shops and restaurants nearby (there is a restaurant across the street with very tasty pizzas). The pool room is very comfortable and we are happy with our choice.
It is a pity that the breakfast is for an additional fee, the restaurant in the hotel is expensive.

Very good place by the pool. We decided to stay one more day. There is also access to the sea where you can swim. The room is very good.
I will never understand hotels that only have local TV channels. If 99% are foreign tourists, then the TV channels should also be in English.

The pool was excellent, clean and well maintained. When things got busy, not enough long chairs, but this was a small thing.
The lights outside our room on the porch, were on a timer, would have liked for them to be on a switch for when we had an early night as they are quite bright.

The staff make you want to come back, they are the nicest people. The over all ambiance of the hotel which is an old hotel with a modern touch. The pool & it's position was an even greater joy.
The meal at La Zat's was sensational but the breakfast on the last morning was very, very ordinary.

Fairly average very budget old style rooms.
Ie padlock on door. Pool area old style. Hotel meals not cheap. Sadly the town is very down. A few spread resturants with nice food. Not great for night walking. OK for dive community but tourist very bland. Was using for overnight before going for ferry. Local people nice but up against a run down town.

Perfect place to stay with family. The pool, the ocean, the view was phenomenal. Not to crowded. The staffs very friendly and professional. The best hotel experience so far in Bali.

FavorAshyana was just fabulous, beautiful ocean view front rooms and directly in front of the pool ! Happy and friendly staff nothing was a problem for them and they were very attentive , great breakfast and the food is amazing , live lobsters available from their tanks ! We have booked again in December as this is our new favorite to go to in Candi Dasa you won't be disappointed!

Everything. Location is within walking distance to great restaurants, the lagoon and the view is amazing. The staff could not be more accommodating and they have they comfiest beds in Bali!
What's not to like. It's in a great location n the beach.

Some issues with the drainage of the shower, so bad smell occurred and came out of other drain.

Great location right on the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and drinks in the restaurant was very good.
