room furniture was like from haraj. pictures and actual room didnt match. an average experience if you are looking for a budget hotel

We came to the hotel after a very tiring day. On asking for a bottle of water, the reception guy said that we dint have stock and the management is also aware of it. We asked to get the water from outside, he denied that too. You should mention it on site ot other booking portals that you dont have such little arrangements. The reception guy was so rude that I would never want to visit your hotel again. I have stayed in sea shell many a times but after such hospitality, I will never come to get insulted. On asking him about the Manager, he handed over me his card and asked me call myself to the Manager. A water bottle....wow... If you guys cant provide even water to your guests, you should shut the property down.

This was my second stay at this property within this year, Nice and cozy rooms, location was perfect just near to many small cafes, Shawarma eatery, Night clubs, KFC, Mc D, and many-many more food junctions and activities

Staff needs little attention to Gestures, like Greetings and Smile on their face! Cleaning needs attention as i changed my room to another when i checked in because there were napkins on the floor in washroom and stain marks on cubicle like someone just used it before i checked in

very bad service and not happy with your service i will not suggest to any one stay there. and there is no parking as well, and the room furniture almost damage inside the room its very dusty.
