Good services, clean room and sunbeds with umbrela on the beach. I also appreciate the garage in hot weather.

Ony the insect nets for the windows are missing, but nothing major.

Easy access to the local beach with free umbrella. Parking facilities outside and inside are very good. Small supermarket is less then 2 min on foot. Host was very nice and helpful. Dog Friendly. I can recommend this place for SUP lovers.

In some rooms walls are tick so during weekends some parties can be heard.

Really nice hotel with an excellent location very close to the beach and 5 metres from the nearest supermarket. We were given the managers contact number and he said to contact him 24 hours a day if we needed anything. Overall a really good experience.

Clean with pleasant staff

You could hear lots of noise from other rooms above. Sounded like someone was riding a bike or wheeling something above as of 6h15!

The property was located within walking distance of train station and harbour. Close to all restaurants and had great facilities for couples and families.

The pool, the green garden and the big apartment and balcony makes you feel comfortable. Very close to the lake, Desenzano and Rivoltella. A local supermarket and a free public parking area are just a few meters away Internet: The place have a REALLY good internet. I worked there for a week with 2 laptops with online meetings and absolutely no problems

Just be aware that the residence do not have a 24/7 reception. You can buy water and beverages in the machine and in fact the coffee machine makes great coffee. It’s always possible to contact the amazing host using WhatsApp - but just don’t expect a 24/7 reception 🛎

Property was super clean, manager was really helpful from start to finish, will go back !

I personally would like duvets on the beds , but like I say that’s a personal preference

The pool was great. The location is calm. You have the possibility to use bikes and reach the center in some minutes.
