It’s location

Rooms on the street side unbearably noisy. Apparently it is the “Italian way” for people to scream/laugh and behave totally inappropriately at even 3-4 in the morning in the street. The staff did nothing and I assume the authorities couldn’t care less. The water in the toilet was “running” often and the shower was mouldy in several places. When I brought these matters to the attention of the “manager”, he replied “I didn’t ask you to stay at this hotel”!!!! The buffet breakfast was totally inappropriate in a COVID pandemic situation, at which some guests did not wear a mask when moving around. Even though this was obvious, staff were not interested. We were exhausted when we left as we did not get one good nites sleep. Such a bad experience, never again!!!

The breakfast...minimal fruit...croissant baked from frozen..cakes and tortes as much as 4 days old...the changed the coffee machine finally produced a decent cup of coffee...the room had furniture scratched and scraped and was tired it needed repainting as there was dirt on the walls ..l understand that the hotel is under new management...nothing had been done.

air condition not working to give cool weather while weather were very hot inside the room, they told us that because day before was cold so they not yet reverse the air condition to be for hot weather yet the jacuzzi were cold water the hot water not working they told us it needs t be fixed next day while we staying just for one night so they always have answer but not like to do any practical way to solve their defects.
