Non aspettavi il Ritz Carlton di Cannes, é un tipico hotel su strada con piscina degli anni '80, la struttura é un po' datata. Camera piccola ma gestibile. La doccia del bagno ha una tendina ma non ha una sua reale funzione perché in ogni caso l'acqua arriverà fino in corridoio. Da evidenziare l'assenza di ascensori, se come noi avete un bagaglio da stiva da 23 kg, fate stretching prima di fare le scale. In ultimo, la luce led del climatizzatore illumina a giorno. Colazione ok, non per palati fini. DATO CHE HO RICEVUTO UNA RISPOSTA PIUTTOSTO MALEDUCATA E SACCENTE ALLA MIA RECENSIONE MI SENTO DI MODIFICARLA E DI SPECIFICARE CHE NON E' SEGNALATO DA NESSUNA PARTE L'ASSENZA DI ASCENSORE. INOLTRE, SIA CHE SI TRATTI DI UNA CAMERA STANDARD O RINNOVATA MI ASPETTO CHE IL BAGNO SIA DIGNITOSO. HO DOVUTO SMONTARE IL DOCCINO PER FARMI LA DOCCIA DATO CHE ERA PIENO DI CALCARE.

Out of the way, a few kilometers from Vai beach (famous palm trees, sandy beach), room intimate but sufficient for one night, pool, room with a large balcony, two stars but correspond to three/four in heraklion.

Finishing my holiday!

Cleanliness and quiet surroundings, no loud music played around the hotel making the stay very relaxing. Tasty breakfast with hot and cold options, including sweet and savoury snacks. We got totally spoilt... Attention to detail everywhere, the team was really dedicated to making our stay pleasant - thank you!

The honey jar has disappered after first two days, the plastic-wrapped marmalades and honey and margarine could be replaced with better quality and more eco-friendly products. Heated pool would be a great bonus!

Dirty loundy especially on pillow case which was really dirty. Moreover, we had to ask to change our room after the first night because they gave us a standard room (with separate beds) instead of the superior matrimonial room that we booked.
