Great location, everyone is so friendly and helpful. We arrived pass midnight, two people greeted us at the front desk. Room is big, lots of space and very clean. Bed and blanket are so comfortable :) Highly recommend! Will book again.

Didn't give 10 is because the sink is outside the bathroom... and too much force so the water could easily spill out. Not a big issue though. And no heater, can get a bit cold in the room. (They do provide enough blanket, so for sleeping we have no problem)

The staff was very friendly and seek to please us in everything. The bed was very comfortable and the price was reasonable. Breakfast was very very good.

Room would need a little refresh. Only 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel for our entire stay in a "suite". Staff barely speaks English. No city map available at reception. Check-in somewhat complex and slow. (we were the only new guests at the time of our check-in!) We had to leave one day earleir than planned and pre-announced it. The manager refused to refund the night we did not used, which I find inacceptable.

Comfortable, quiet and spacious. Lovely boutique concept, ideal for couples and those that want to be near restaurants and entertainment but not in the middle of the noise. Breakfast was good in a cozy, classical restaurant. Staff was helpful and always friendly.

Could use some improvement of the lighting in the room, especially by the lavatory. Replace the iron chairs with a comfortable couch. The iron chairs were cold most of the times making in unpleasent to sit on.

It’s a really nice located hotel, the staff is very friendly and professional, room is spacious with simple, nice decoration.

* I am not a big fan of breakfasts that you have to order. It was always delicious, but the choice is limited and it takes a while to get your food, which at least once stopped me from eating there because I could not wait; * It is common for hotels to provide at least one free bottle of water per day, but here you have to pay for it (and it is not cheap).

Everything, the hotel staff were very nice, rooms were nice, big and clean and the breakfast was amazing the best I’ve ever had in Colombia.

The location is perfect, extremely quiet and safe neighbourhood - but still close to restaurants and shops.
