Great location. Nice staff. Clean towels. Clean room but too old and used. Good breakfast.

The room was smelling like a hospital (maybe sanitizers). Old windows: We could not sleep till 3 am because of the street music and noise. Partially clogged bathroom sink. Too small shower cabin. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. The manual window blinds were broken.

The hotel itself is at a great location; -The beach is not even 5 minutes of a walk away -The city centre with all its glory is basically right at the entrance of the hotel, with many restaurants within reach The hotel staff was very helpful and kind, they even kept our luggages until we needed to leave for our bus. The breakfast for its price is exceptionally great, from fruits, jogurts and cereals to ham, cheese and cut-ups, you basically find the perfect match to your likes.

Bear in mind, we used the economy room as by when we were booking, there were no other options than that. What we didn't like that the blinds didn't really work as they should have, they weren't in the best of condition, just like the windows. The bathroom itself was well-kept, however from the sewers there was a very bad smell coming out, that could have been easily fixed with an air refreshener. What we were lacking from the facilities were the absence of hotel bikes and umbrellas, also in the rooms, there could be a fridge provided, that're not the part of standard rooms either.

The staff was professional and helpful, the hotel is at the heart of the city.

A shame of Lignano. The building is neglected, the carpets/walls are dirty, the bathroom is from the sixties. Only the rust keeps it together.

Hotel is closed to the beach and right in the city center. Free parking is possible in nearby streets if you are lucky.

Facilities are quite old lacking basic refurbishment in the room. Bathroom is newly renovated but in result window cannot be open due to relocation of shower angle :) Electricity and electric appliances are worth attention due to its safety.
