Adorei tudo, o staff é gentil e prestativo! Agradeço especialmente a atenção de Sílvia, dona da pousada e responsável pela criação do jardim encantador que decora a propriedade!
A escada do beliche. É pequena e estreita, e olha que eu sou baixinha e de estrutura média. Muito ruim, tanto pra subir, quanto pra descer.

Passamos dias incríveis na pé do mato! Equipe de super simpática e disponível pra ajudar, quarto super confortável, cama boa e chuveiro quente com ótima pressão de água - super importante depois de uma dia longo de trilhas! O jardim da pousada é belíssimo, e há poucos metros o da pousada tem duas padarias deliciosaa, uma é a panificadora mesmo ao lado da pousada, e a outra fica mais dentro da vila na estrada da Bomba. Por alguns dias tomamos café na na pousada mesmo, que dispõe de uma cozinha completa super bem equipada para os hóspedes usarem bem como um espaço de convivência. O Wi-Fi é ótimo também!
Eu amei a pé no Mato e com certeza voltaríamos!!

O chalé é muito aconchegante! Tudo limpinho e extremamente organizado, ficamos maravilhados! Chuveiro com água quente, cozinha equipada com forno elétrico, cooktop, taças, canecas e tudo que se possa precisar! São fornecidos toalhas, coberta e lençol extra. A vista do quarto também é linda, é possível ver as montanhas no horizonte
A wi-fi no chalé que ficamos estava muito ruim, conectava por alguns segundos e caía, acredito que por estar longe do roteador... Não foi um fator crucial para nós, mas poderia ser melhorada já que não há sinal de celular

The breakfast was very good (I requested vegan option and I was amazed!). The room was clean, comfy and the staff very freindly. The wifi connection was good and the parking easy. I'll stay there again.

The room is good, the bed comportable, the bed shhet were clean. So was the floor.
It's not a hostel. There is no place to stay oitside the room. No kitchen to use. Even the frige is for limited usage. Till 21:00 and not between 12:00-13:00.

Breakfast was huge and diverse, staff very friendly and there is free parking which is really convenient. Room was super clean and comfy, they even put the cleaned towels and the extra duvet in a hermetically closed bag, looked super professional and made me feel very confident about the cleanness. They went the extra mile for that one, thanks!
Nothing we didn't like, just a suggestion to let the guests select what they want for breakfast because it's quite a lot and we felt bad to not finish everything :)

Amazing staff, beautiful amenities and everything was done with care. From preparing a super nice breakfast basket to walking us to the taxi station, everyone there deserves a medal.

We did some washing by someone we wasn't working at the hostel but they recommend them. The washing was good but really expensive. So I would recommend to do this not here.

Beautiful place, super friendly staff, great breakfast to nourish you for the amazing hikes you will do. They are located at the entrance of the village, so it's a calm spot but very close to everything.

The location in the village and the quiet place
The employee at the reception desk for the check-in was not welcoming at all and seemed bored and tired of having to check us in. We had the feeling of being not welcomed there. We couldn’t take the breakfast the next morning as we had to leave too early to take the bus, he didn’t even try to offer us something to take with us (as many hotels I’ve been before have offered).
The description of the room mentioned “mountains view”, but our room had just a view of the building in front of us.

They were really taking care about covid protocol. The breakfast was amazing even been provided in baskets, great variety and taste food enough to take to the hiking. Nice view to the mountains.
The road were under construction which made us to take a really bad road for small cars (my case), but this was temporary and was not pousada's fault.

Fantastic hotel, the staff are amazingly helpful and friendly and the breakfast is incredible. Highly recommended and wish I could have stayed longer!

Staff were amazing. I was sick but they allowed me to make tea and other food in their kitchen. Very polite, helpful staff. Room was always clean and pleasant. Breakfast is fresh and great
