Location it’s great ‘cause you can walk around, everything is so close, as far as the breakfast, yes a thumb up for the lady who prepares it. Lots of noice due to automatic doors at lobby and elevator.

I was there for a whole month and boy was really noisy, even though I was switched to another room it was still noisy due to the automatic doors at lobby and elevator. Toilets don’t work properly and we had hot water issues, we spent 2 days without hot water. So disappointed that I supposed to get 10% off for 3 more weeks but still charged me the same amount I paid for the previous week.

As usual with Bogota Inn hotels, the staff is very nice and helpful, room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Great cost/quality value and nice location.

Bed was a little bit too soft (but this is personal preference). Also the key was a bit stuck of the door, might require maintenance. Other than that, the hotel is really great overall.

The staff, very nice and kind. The water bottle, i loved it because i came very thisty, the parking facility, the location.

There was not hot water in the shower, the bedsheets got hair on them, in three different rooms there was hair from previous costumers stuck to the pillows and sheets, yuck, at the end the lady in charge changed the bed sheets for me. Please change the bed sheets after every costumer, is basic hygiene.

they didn’t have towels until the end of my first day there. the breakfast was very basic. they charged me with extra taxes that were not in original price Booking gave me.

The rooms are clean and reasonably spacious. The hotel is on a quiet street, so a good night’s sleep is guaranteed. The shower facilities are superb. The staff is helpful and stored our luggage after check-out and arranged us a taxi to the bus terminal. Overall it’s great value for money.

The breakfast is very basic. It only includes one bowl of fruits, an omelette and one piece of bread. A bit more variety is needed to cater for guests with different dietary requirements.

Everything was great the staff they were very helpful and great location

I only had one little concern when I asked for an additional towel since we were 3 staying in a room and the hotel only provided 2 towels. The person who I asked for it had some attitude because I had to asked twice . However the rest of the staff was great.
