This is more suitable for young backpacker type of traveller. The repeat guests and staff were mostly from western countries and they bonded well. Daily breakfasts were different.

The staff other than the owner were not familiar with many things. The staff, mostly part timers for the winter season, mingled with the guests freely and were rather noisy at night. the amenities and facilities were a little dirty. The bath rooms were in basement and we had to climb 4 levels to our room on third floor.

Breakfast, the games at the lounge, very close proximity to ski lifts.

Very friendly staff and nice family atmosphere. The breakfast and restaurant were excellent and the common area was cozy and welcoming.

The staff was amazingly friendly and went even snowboarding with us. During the day the manager was taking care of our dog. The common area like the restaurants and fire place are very cozy and it is nice to spend time there. very good homemade food too. The mountain was amazing.

Because of the structure of the house it is a bit easy to hear when people walk around the house at night.

Staff were super welcoming and went over the top to make us feel at home. They say and hung out with us by the fire trying to learn more about our culture
