Accommodation was lovely , clean ,comfortable , everything you would need , large lounge , large kitchen , large dining room , games room , there were 9 of us and it didn't feel crowded . A welcome pack also . would book again.

could have been an exterior light outside the front door as it was very dark in the lane , unless we missed something .

Very comfortable house with lots of character and plenty of room for our group of 9. Very well-equipped for home catering. Fun games room. Quick response from the host. We had one trip out to local Rye, but otherwise stayed put for the weekend to make the most of the accommodation.

It was warm, spacious, extremely clean, well equipped, 4 bathrooms, a games room, nice big sitting room with plenty of comfortable seating, a large TV and so good for film watching. Very quiet countryside environment but within easy reach of Rye and Rye harbour.

Nothing really! The only negative aspect for one of our party who has difficulty walking was that there were steps down to the sitting room, and she also had difficulty in stepping into the bath to have a shower. She did manage these two aspects but other slightly less able people may not have been able to. It was great that she had a downstairs bedroom though.
