Good location, great facilities all things were available to use like kitchen, washing machine, water filter. Nice place for family and can easily accommodate 10 to 15 members for full property.

The staff could have been more pro active and no other issues with the property as such.

The location was spot on for bars & restaurants the beach, the main Candolim beach road area around 15 to 20 mins walk. Nice touch on arrival was bread, butter & eggs provided plus water and as we were late arriving this was well appreciated. We had a couple of minor problems but on contacting Maria these were sorted immediately, also there was no hair dryer as stated in facilities but this was also quickly rectified. Spacious rooms with en-suites and a good location. Would recommend & would stay here again.

The only thing against these apartments was there is no pool, we knew this on booking obviously.

Where do I being with,The host Maria is one of the amazing lovely lady, who understand your requirements and gives you the best solution. About the property;we wanted a place, away from all the city noise and we landed in the just right place but just by changing the lights and pump up the speaker and you'll have a party for yourself. Here you can explore the Candolim beaches which is peaceful and less crowded! It’s just 2mins of walk from the property. You might struggle with the network in your phone but it's beyond the control of anyone. Caretaker Vikash is a good person. He's just a call away to help you.
