Strategic location and very clean. Although there was only one elevator, it wasn’t an issue at all.
Many thanks and appreciation to the staff; they were amazing, dedicated, and very friendly.
The area is very safe and perfect for families.
They took a €400 deposit, which was refunded immediately upon check-out

The people at the front desk were knowledgeable and nice.
Our first room the outlets didn’t work so they moved us to another room that also had issues. Phone system is beyond garbage, don’t even attempt to get room service, this is NOT a 5 star hotel.

Breakfast is okay. too less food to chosse.
We ordered two room, one of the room has two single bed, which is too narrow, can't turn over. and the room is on the road side, there is construction starting from 8AM. both two room is smaller than I thought.

The hotel was excellent in most ways, location was great, rooms were nice and clean,
BUT . we drove from Oslo straight from our wedding day, and i communicated with their concierge several days ahead of arrival. I told them that it was our honeymoon and i would love if they could make the stay a just that little better for her, I was told i could Pay 160 euro for a flower package , which i accepted and told them what tim we would be i paris, so the flowers would be freshy displayed. When we arrived to the hotel. They were absolutely not informed about the occasion we were there to celebrate and we got a.room on the first floor, even if i paid for a deluxe room with an a view to the "garden" the room could have been higher up in the building. and ofcourse NO flowers... Because of this i will probably never stay at this hotel again, even though the staff were decent and helpful in all other ways. I and never once got got any apology for what had happened to the famous flowers.....
The staff should and could have made our stay better just by being a little more positive. And remembering how important the stay was for us...

At first they had me booked on the floor above my daughter and grandkids. I wanted to be close to them, so they immediately switched me to the room next door. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and we could see it from the terrace all lit up at night. The breakfast buffet, while not included in the room rate was AMAZING!!! The concierge was helpful with recommendations and getting around Paris and to Versailles. The night attendant thrilled the kids with a short french lesson every evening while we grabbed a drink from the bar on the way up to our rooms. Very special place!

We had two rooms that shared a living room. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Our room had a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel's location is awesome- away from the noise and crowds, close to local restaurants, and the Eiffel Tower. The staff at the Juliana Hotel are exceptional! This is our new fave hotel in Paris.

Most things about the hotel were very good. The staff members were exceptionally friendly (Emanuelle and Ruis on the front desk in particular) and the breakfast staff too.
The other big sell for us: They provided a babies cot, and it was very good quality (see photos). Better than the usual travel cots we get in other hotels.
Other than that it was clean, the food was good, location good.
If I was being pedantic: the bar is tiny and very expensive, and the rooftop area a bit of a waste. But these didn't impact our stay.

location is the best.. it’s great to stay here for short trips and if you like to take pics of Eiffel
they are inflexible, no request will be done, no early check in and no late check out , water should be paid, only few staff (maybe because it is boutique hotel)

Lovely boutique hotel on a calm street, near the vieuws. Helpfull friendly staff, especially concierge service is excellent with smily face too. Real art all over the hotel makes the ambience good.

Breakfast was fantastic! Great service and high quality food. I did the Paris marathon and was initially worried about what the breakfast would be like as final food before the race. Simple answer: Perfect!!!

Everything about this hotel was excellent! Loved the breakfast too. Shame bar and restaurant service was limited due to covid restrictions, hopefully next time. The WiFi was top and the room was cleaned very nicely and discreetly.
