the hotel was fully booked because of the racing we where put in what felt like the kids bedroom of an apartment nothing like the room I thought i booked on booking.com

Reception staff were lovely & friendly, very helpful. Chilled atmosphere around the bar which was nice. The young lady serving the evening meal was lovely, very friendly & really helpful & provided a great service. Breakfast was ok & evening meals were good

Noisiness of guests at night which is not the fault of the hotel.

Was a great value for money at a location close to my destination. Easy to find and access off-season.

I would never go to a place like that during summer season. Not because of the premises, but the vibe of the area is just not for me. Cramped with hotels, crowded, no place to park the car, thousands of people on the beach. But it is only me, I guess.

The room was very clean and well equipped ( fridge, hairdryer, extra blancet) and we had daily room service. The hotel is very well located. The bed was confortable and the fridge is useful.

The gratis bicycle was not true at all, although the place was adverted with it. I even had to tell, if I need the bikes. Misano is a place where is good to have a bike. The room was very very noisy. If you want to rest, definately dont choose this place. We woke up every day at 7 AM and then continuous door slapping in every 2 minutes. It was impossible to have a long sleep after 12 hours of driving. When we booked the room, “all taxes and cost are included” was written, but at the chech-out we were asked to pay the tax. I double checked and it was not mentioned neither in our booking confirmation, nor at the profile of the place. The receptionist was not nice at all, she asked us to wait. Other 3-4 people were checking in and out and she made several phone calls. We had to wait 1 hour, so our plans for the day were ruined.
