Nathalie est une hôte super sympa, très arrangeante et que dire de son accueil, c'est "top". Le logement est simplement "super" tant sur le plan de sa situation que sur son aménagement. Nous recommandons sans arrière pensée ! Allez-y les yeux fermés

Petit duplex très bien placé dans le vieux Lille donnant sur des jardins verdoyants. Le charme du silence absolu environnant est rompu par le démarrage toutes les 45 minutes y compris la nuit d'une soufflerie extérieure derrière le mur de la tête de lit. Une fois ce problème de voisinage réglé ce sera vraiment parfait.

Très bon séjour dans un appartement cosy à l’emplacement idéal. Un accueil très sympathique de la part de Nathalie. Le seul petit bémol : les températures atteintes dans la chambre les jours de canicule !

We stayed at this apartment 13-16 September to attend the Davis Cup semi-finals. We were greeted warmly with a thorough tour of the apartment as well as helping us navigate Lille and the metro. The apartment overlooks a private courtyard so is very quiet and secure. But, is steps away from all the restaurants, shopping and history of the old town. We loved having a separate living area on the main level with sleeping and bathroom upstairs. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. The bathroom was clean with a large shower. The bedroom was comfortable and quiet. Overall, we loved this apartment and stay again in the future.

It’s tucked away in a small, very secure courtyard, with on street (metered) parking. Close to shops and bars. A short walk to the grand central square and all that entails! Well situated for visiting WW1 history sites. Only a short drive from Dunkirk. Highly recommend for a short break for a couple. Will be booking again.

We stayed at Nathalie's flat recently. I was glad we stayed at Nathalie's flat. You have to walk up a spiral stairs to get to her place and this was fine. Nathalie was kind and helpful to meet with us the first day to provide information on where things were in town for the special weekend. My bed on the second floor was comfortable. I used her washer and it was fine. The flat was within walking distance to the areas we wanted to see. My son used the fold out couch on the 1st floor. It was a little uncomfortable for him, but it was only for a few days. The flat is very quiet with no noise from the outside. I would stay here another time. Our experience was very good.

There are plenty of excellent cafes, including several excellent patisseries and restaurants that serve Maroilles cheese dishes (pronounced as if you were trying to talk while eating a big mouthful of cheese tart: "Mawowless"). The apartment is located within a secure, quiet courtyard. The sitting room and kitchen are located on the 1st (US 2nd) floor and the bedroom and bath are on the 2nd (US 3rd) floor. It is nicely furnished, and full of light from the floor to ceiling windows. There is a good combo shower/tub with plenty of water pressure. The clothes washing machine was a big plus. The Nespresso machine was a nice amenity. The bed was very very comfortable and we appreciated the high quality linens. I regret that we were only able to stay one night because of a severe heat wave in Flanders that drove the nighttime inside temperatures over 100F (38C). Global warming in action! We would definitely stay there again during more reasonable weather. The apartment should be especially nice in autumn, winter, and spring because it welcome the sunlight. The reservation and check in process was simple and easy. Natalie was very responsive and a great host. .

Great 2 floor apartment which is very tastefully decorated, a mix of new and old design. Nice lounge with comfy sofa, kitchen with everthing you could need. Upstairs the master bedroom and the bath room. Plus a bonus, the little balcony. Easy and quick communication with Nathalie who welcomed us upon our arrival. My sister and I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in Lille und der Umgebung verbracht, bis in der Nacht vor der Abreise das Auto aufgebrochen wurde. Doch trotz des Sonntags (Wahltag in Frankreich) war Nathalie zur Stelle und hat uns bei allen notwendigen Schritte geholfen. Nochmals an dieser Stelle vielen, vielen Dank für die Unterstützung! Ansonsten ist das ein nettes, ruhiges und zentral gelegenes Appartement mitten in Vieux Lille, von dem man sehr gut zu Fuß die Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants in dieser schönen Stadt mit viel europäischem Flair erreichen kann. Nur das Bad, Nathalie, da sollte man vielleicht mal an eine Erneuerung denken.

Vriendelijke ontvangst in een klein, maar fijn appartement. De ligging is perfect, vrijwel in het centrum en toch heerlijk rustig. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig, complete keuken, badkamer, goed bed. We hebben genoten van (Vieux) Lille in kerstsfeer!

Très joli petit appartement, idéal pour deux personnes. Tout le confort et le matériel nécessaire, literie impeccable, à même pas 100 mètres de la rue de la Monnaie, soit au cœur du Vieux Lille. Idéalement situé pour se passer de la voiture pendant 3 jours et découvrir cette superbe ville ! Tout tout proche également, station de Ve'Lille, sympa aussi pour se déplacer en vélo sur de plus longues distances. L'appart se situant au fond d'une cour, il est fait très très calme, bien qu'on soit en centre ville. Nathalie vous accueille avec le sourire et a quantité de bons conseils à vous donner sur les restos, les musées, les bons coins! Bref, très bonne adresse, sans hésitation ! A savoir tout de même : les climatisations des immeubles voisins tournent à plein régime toute la nuit, ce qui pourrait en gêner certains qui dorment la fenêtre ouverte (nous on était trop fatigués après avoir marché toute la journée, on a dormi comme des loirs). Stationnement facile dans la rue, mais très coûteux (comme dans toute les villes...).

There is an excellent market in the square just around the corner on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, and we did most of our shopping there - the Sunday market seems to be the biggest. We had a car while we were there, but it was almost a liability, because of the tight parking situation. We ended up parking at a Park and Ride area at the entrance to the zoo. This is a lovely apartment in a quiet courtyard with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. It is in a fantastic location with lots of lovely restaurants and shops in the old town literally 2 minutes away. The kitchen is well equipped and we particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a glass of beer! Nathalie was so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Overall fantastic value for money and I would definitely recommend it to you.
