the location of this property is breathtaking. It is a contemporary sanctuary, haven - a retreat from the world, with a view over the bay every morning that starts with sunrise and continues with warm, dual aspect sunshine all day. Pool area is wonderful and the many options for relaxation made it possible for all four of us to spend time alone with our hobbies and work during the day and then come together to go down the hilly roads for something to eat and a little beach time and sea swimming, and to come back at night time to snuggle on the capacious sofas with a movie and some snacks. It was simply the most enchanting place, I felt like an artist from the golden modern era, our daughters were sketching and playing board and card games and I welcomed the sun with a new meditation app every morning on the terrace after watching the sun peek over the mountain. Absolutely amazing and cannot thank Ira enough for her enthusiasm, friendly welcome, amazing information, constant attendances and wonderful warm engagement. Also was so charmed by the clean, plump, fluffy and completely adoring cats that welcome you wherever you go out of the house and come running to welcome you home in the evenings. Superb. Go by car though, seriously.

there was absolutely nothing we would change, but would warn people who have high expectations for power showers or need safety and mobility needs catered for, or small children, that there are a few (completely perfect and functional) issues they might not be delighted with - showers are good but not spa-level! Stairs is so architectural and cool but does not have a handrail or lobbies and this makes for a more contemporary, flowing spatial ambiance but might require a bit more vigilance. Also, the property is really two properties, a two storey incredible house over a single storey incredible studio, these have separate entrances. At first we thought this might be a problem (we were travelling with two teen girls, aged 13 and 17) and they took the "flat" at the lower level and we were slightly concerned that there was no join in the two units, but the girls totally loved it and it was like having their own pad. We could lean over the balcony to check in on them or use the phones of course, and we always met in the morning at the pool to decide what we would do for the day and then have breakfast together in the highest floor kitchen overlooking the entire petalioli gulf.

Staying at SEAVIEW VILLA was a fantastic choice . Our host IRA was delightfully helpful . The house is amazing and has every comfort you need . Very quiet and relaxing . Everything was perfect . I would definately reccomend to anybody wanting to visit GREECE.

Beautiful villa with breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. The villa is spacious and well equipped. It is beautifully decorated and very relaxing place to be. Ira, the host was always on hand and is very friendly and accommodating.

Although the location is beautiful, there are no shops or tavernas within walking distance so there is a need to hire a car. Although you can arrange delivery.

The house was really very nice,the view was spectacular,very clean and the staff very friendly!It was so quiet and magic! Everything was perfect and I really want to come back asap!

The view was amazing ,the house very minimal and with a lot of ''architecture taste'' The hostess Xristiana was perfect and very helpful.Also the house was very clean with a very good quality of linen .

This place has two main assets, 1) amazing view from all rooms, 2) a person who is always available to help with anything you may need (we had a few minor issues during the 3 weeks we stayed there, such as broken aircon, party next door or even running out of coffee, and everything was immediately resolved - thanks Christiana!) We enjoyed the villa very much, it is very nicely designed and we felt like at home the very first day. The whole area is private and quiet, there is a small private pool and dining area with bbq outside, kitchen is equipped to prepare almost anything. You need a car to drive to the beach - it's a 5 mins drive (that's what it takes if you want a view from the top of the hill!), but the Schinias beach is beautiful so do not miss it! For us the stay in the villa was as relaxing experience as we imagined it to be.

There was nothing major we wouldn't like. But maybe a few things for other guests to know about: - second bedroom is more of a children room, so if you are two couples one is going to get a nicer bedroom than the other - the pool is not heated - the villa is completely private, but it is a part of several adjacent apartments. So even if you don't run into anyone, you may still hear people if they are outside by their pool/on their balcony
