Pathetic services, no wonder why they get so much bad mouth from customers, even flush wasn't working. They are a blot in the name of Ginger group.

Very bad location. F and B were terrible. Poorly staffed. At lesser amount, much better hotels available. Extremely disappointed. Not the standard one would expect from the Tata brand. Avoid this hotel if you respect your hard earned money.

location is shady for the lift one has to go to the first floor. did not see any handicap or pregnancy friendly facilities

The bed was good.

The room size is too small. The AC was cooling the room, but the outer unit makes a terrible sound throughout the night. In the bathroom, the soap and shampoo were very, very limited. The T.V. did not work at all. The staff were not at all cooperative. The receptionist was not well-behaved. Menu card was available, but the foods were not served. The restaurant with whom the hotel is attached is very costly. Overall, the per night room cost of Rs.4000 is not worthwhile.

The room was too small compared to the ones i stayed in Andheri, also the furniture was old and the shower area should be just like was the ones in Andheri. The Thane one is like Bed n Breakfast
