1. Our room floor was completely wet for the whole time we stayed. We called the room service, they mopped it twice but again it used to go wet on its own. God knows how. Looked like the walls and floors absorbed water from somewhere so the system is horrible. 2. The bedsheets were very dirty and stained. Even the fresh ones. 3. There was a cockroach in the food bowls when we went to have breakfast in the morning. Nobody cared to notice it and when I pointed they just Changed the food inside the bowl and not the entire bowl.

Had booked for a short stay. Location is smack on the service road of ghodbunder road.

We checked in late after a long day journey. This property has a club that plays very loud music late into the night. Could not sleep and had to change room at 2am, requesting for room where the loud music could not be heard. Corner room on a higher floor was given where the intercom was not working. As we had to leave early at 7am for a meeting, we were left feeling tired due to lack of sleep. As the intercom was not working, had to come down to reception in the morning requesting for fresh towels. Despite several intimations to font desk the intercom never worked till we checked out. Luckily our stay was for short period. Would advise to check for club activity / noise before check-in.

Toilet and bathroom, are spacious but not clean. Room also not much clean

The check in/checkout process was quite quick. The room was clean and air-conditioning worked well. Also, the toilets were clean and had hot water when required. The breakfast was also very tasty. Overall, the hotel is great value for money. For the amount spent , you cannot ask for anything more

We were given a room on the 5th floor, and there is a rooftop restaurant on the 6th floor which had loud music playing every day till quite late. Also, the people walking to and from the restaurant could be heard inside the room. This made it quite difficult to sleep. They should consider doing some sound proofing for the rooms at least on the 5th floor.
