Hill view clean and tidy rooms

1. Room was very clean and spacious. 2. Excellent service provided by staff of the hotel 3. Local sight seeing cab also provided on request and guide cum driver was very knowledgeable and explained very well

Currently hotel tariff doesnt include complementary breakfast. Otherwise its a prime location and nice hotel to stay with comfort

Windows were unable to close and hence we ended up in cold all through the night without sleep

Cleanliness and location. Staff was courteous and helpful.

No toiletries were provided, bed mattress and pillow were very uncomfortable. The Tv was not working, bottled water was not available. No food available. Just a basic stay . Not value for money.

Room was very spacious and clean. It is close to the lake area and town.

We booked two rooms for two days and we had kids. We had to go out and buy foods as the hotel didn't open their restaurant..since there is no in house restaurant it will be difficult for the people who have kids less than 5 yrs old.

Bed too soft

+ Just around 50 mts from the lake (municipal lake entrance). + Ample car parking space + Very courteous and kind staff members + common and private balconies + Rooms are spacious + 24 hours hot water. Separate geyser and not solar panels. + Although so close to the main attractions.. It's totally peaceful. + Price is very reasonable for the location and service.

No in-house restaurant. (Room service is available to deliver our food orders from nearby veg and non-veg restaurants).
