Breakfast is excellent. Perfect place . Convenient parking near by .But most fantastic place is the BAR . Definitely it is one of the best in Germany to spend evening after busy day .

The room was really nicely decorated and very comfortable. Delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel is really good located. The staff was very friendly and helped us with all our requests before our arrival to the hotel. We will definately choose it again for our next trip in Bielefeld.

Location was really good and very clean.

Super soft bed and pillows, not comfortable, falling inside the bed, not relaxing sleep, back pain, looking forward to leave hotel. No kettle, see through shower like not serious hotel.

It's a very modern hotel,in a good location just a few minutes walk to all the shops and the alt stadt, staff are super friendly and very helpful, especially the two girls on reception , The room is very clean and tidy, not the biggest though, shower and toilet are separate , shower is good, but you are visible from the room by floor to ceiling clear glass partition ,, there is a small fridge with soft drinks and water which are free, WiFi is good, Breakfast is buffet style, plenty of variety, in the pleasant surroundings of the modern bar area, again staff very friendly and helpful, There is parking at the hotel, but we found it not the easiest to access, we ended up using the Willy brandt Parkhaus across the square from the hotel , big and plenty of spaces available ,well lit ,very secure, and very reasonable, 12 euros for a 24 hour period ,I would definitely stay again and recommend to others

Nothing really, Parking was our only issue, but not a great concern to be honest, as there is a huge parkhaus literally just metres away from the hotel, even the hotel staff say that they use the parkhaus

The room is well equipped and modernly decorated. The glassy style bathroom fitted next to the bed is fantastic (been to several hotels with the same style). A flat screen TV is provided in the room with little fridge and air-conditioner. The room nicely sized.

The WiFi speed connection was bad, only fits the basic searches. Not even YouTube would be good to watch using that, laggy for mobile games. For my case I was supposed to connect it to my work cloud to work remotely, however the internet speed does not help. The fridge is basic and small, does not to be cooling enough at least not to my need. The air-conditioner is mostly working as a Fan that gets the air from outside, therefore if the weather is hot, it is not supposed to be that cold as it is working as a fan instead of using freon gas concept. The carpets are getting worn out with time already (I have been there when it was new as well)

Galleriaroom was clean and quiet, with comfortable bed, great shower, coffee- and teafacilities, filled fridge and nice place to sit and watch television. Nice breakfast, good meals at "Faces". Nearby shopping district. Friendly staff.

Maybe a light above the couch so you can also read there. But further on the room was perfect.

Location in the city center, friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet and the bar. I stay there every time, when I come to Bielefeld.

Just the pillows. If they could upgrade a bit the pillows and leave a couple of other ones in the room it would be perfect.
