would not stay there again unless there is a different employee at the counter. her face would crack if she smiled.

the location the breakfast was just OK. nothing hit except make your own waffles and instant grits and oak meal. but the OJ that came out of the dispenser was done of the best I’ve ever had.

the daytime front desk person was just plain rude to myself and my husband. nothing pleasant about her at all. she could stand done customer service training. cob webs m the corner behind the door, spider on the AC controls and one day we had our own blanket on the bed and the room cleaners did not touch our bed. we asked then why and they did not speak English. I realize this is a one night stand place being right at the highway exit. but we booked 5 nights so should have been treated better!!

The room was terrible. I booked the last room so did not immediately complain as I figured there would not be another room available and after driving 10 hours, I was exhausted. The ceiling was flaking all over the room and the shower tile was cracked. I advised the morning clerk about the situation of the room and she was short and snippy with me. I did not ask for any compensation but stated as a recommendation. she did not have to be so rude. however, I will say the clerk who checked me in was quite friendly and helpful.

about 9 am the cleaning lady open the door on me and I haven’t even checked out yet!
