The hotel itself was fine for an overnight stay. The price was definitely too high compared to surrounding areas, but that may have been due to the fact it was near a holiday. The breakfast was very good and had plenty of options to choose from.

We booked a studio suite. We got there around 9pm with my 2 toddlers and husband. We immediately found a couple of small ants that I was willing to ignore for one night because everything else looked clean. But then ants just kept popping up all over the room. We only saw 10 ants in total, but 3 being on the bed and 1 on my suitcase. I asked to move. The woman on night shift was very understanding and moved us to a smaller 2 queen room that was marked out of service since the bathroom door handle was slightly broken and was the only room open that late. Fine, I was just glad to move. Our new room was clean enough. No ants. But the next morning I asked for price adjustment given that a studio and a queen are different prices. I’m happy to pay for the room I stayed in, broken bathroom door handle, but no ants. I’m not happy to pay for a slightly more expensive room that I did not stay in due to ants. A different woman the next morning at the front desk said there is nothing she can do since I booked through a third party. I felt a little off-put given I shouldn’t be out of pocket for getting a room with ants, but I gave up arguing because she wasn’t interested in understanding what happened. Just not good customer service from the morning shift.

Overall it was a nice stay, fairly clean, friendly staff, very convenient location with many options for an easy dinner. The carpets were lifting up in the hallways, creating a potential tripping hazard and the pillows are absolutely horrible, worst pillows I have every used.

Courteous and efficient.

The ladies at check in were very very nice! The room was just ok.. could use some updating but it was pretty clean. Pretty sad we couldn’t use the pool as there was a school group there occupying the entire property.
