The rooms are a titbit small, especially the 2nd room with the 2 single beds in. Not enough Toiletpaper. The oven did not work. Maybe add more extra blankets in winter time.

The reason for me staying (again) at The Palmar is the same as the last - It's perfect for me personally as a lot is on my mind and every time I depart, it feels I have managed to rest both mind and soul there.

Well, I didn't want to spoil this but... Please change 54's kettle as it's an eyesore. Besides that and the coffee mug that's held together by SuperGlue at it's handle, no, nothing. Absolutely nothing I didn't like. The drunkard outside shouting "Jou Ma Se P....." All afternoon was actually hilarious to witness too!😂 - Only in Croydon. Only in Croydon!🤣

Easy access to the airport. Clean, quiet and comfortable.

Only double bed instead of single beds in second room but it was ok.

Had everything we needed, good value for money, near our location (Emperors Palace) . They accommodated us by placing our 2 rooms very near to each other

1. I asked for 4 single beds, and they agreed. But when we came there, there were only 2 double beds 2. Only 2 bath towels for 4 people.. apparently that is the standard. I think it should be absolute standard for each person to have a bath towel. Non negotiable. They did supply 2 extra towels after I asked but I was told that it is our of the ordinary 3. Only one roll of Toiletpapier, although they supplied a second one when I asked. 4. Duvet cover of bed was torn

HOW CLEAN THE PLACE IS.

I BOOKED IN TIME TWO WEEKS BEFORE BUT THEY GAVE ROOMS FAR APART FROM EACH OTHER.
