Very clean good location
No air conditioner it was very hot in my room phoned the reception and got told that it’ doesn’t work because it was not hot enough to turn the air conditioning on 🥵

Frühstück war sehr gut. Abendessen Buffe war nichts besonders.
Abendessen Buffe sollte ein richtiges Fleisch und Fisch Angebot haben. Leider nicht! ☹
Wir haben Zimmer 616 gewünscht aber das war nicht möglich weil wir haben unsere Buchung durch Booking.com gemacht und nicht durch Melia's eigene Internet-Seite! Wirklich Schade!

I paid booking.con for 1 night for the room and paid again at the hotel . to date I haven’t received a refund.

also just spirts on one night not really acceptable

the lounge at the level was exceptional. the heated outdoor pool was what we came for it was perfect.

The room was big and it had a nice view
We booked this place with the Spa in mind, we had no notice from the hotel that the spa wasn't available when we said that was the main reason for the trip and we should have been notified we was told well it would have cost you more to use this facility. Again when we explained that wasn't the issue they just said well complain. We also tried to have a meal in the restaurant. We booked a table and turned up on time, we was show to a table where we sat for over 40 minuets without further service. We then decided to get a taxi in to the town which cost us 20 euros each way. On the final day we was awaken by a gardener moving table and chairs on the roof of our room at 6:30 in the morning. As you can imagine this spoilt our stay.

the fact that my nephew who checked in on the day so last minute only paid 130. €
for the same level of room with a very large balcony. we paid more than double this amount

The hotel is simply stunning, set in the hills of Benidorm away from the hustle and bustle. It was perfect for our trips to Alicante, Altea and Calpe.
The hotel is beautifully constructed with alcoves of serenity everywhere you look. The staff at The Level provided a superb service and are a credit to the hotel. I would highly recommend staying here as you have access to both hotels. We will definitely be back. Thank you to all at The Level Melia Villaitana.
