Generally nice and quiet complex. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The apartment I had was huge with a large balcony. It was very basic with the odd wobbly tap/fitting here and there but it is acceptable.

The kitchen lacked some basic utensils such as a spatula or wooden spoon/serving spoon. The apartment floor could have been cleaner but the bathroom and other areas were really clean. The pool was freezing!

Looking forward to visiting again, great value for money and excellent customer service.

Was promised a refund (see picture of e mail) but now won’t refund me.

Big room, very helpful when needed something extra

Booked for 5 but only 4 beds in the room had 1 child on the sofa. Also was put on first floor as booking said 4 adults even though i booked through booking.com as 2 adults 3 children

Too far from Town . we don’t mind walking but its pointless to do it at least twice a day when there are plenty of hotels in town

No WiFi in room

lovely property, rooms where big and spacious and had all the facilities you needed tv fridge microwave kettle toaster coffee machine. we had a ground apartment which you could just walk straight out of the patio doors to the pool and bar area. Lovely pool area always cleaned in the morning and plenty of sun beds. There was a life guard from 10am, both lifeguards we met while there was lovely and friendly the lady even left my children some diving sticks for them to play with over the weekends on her days off. The bar area is lovely too all the staff in there was lovely and chatty and very helpful. There is washing facilities on site too. The reception staff are lovely and friendly too! The hotel is about 10 mins taxi ride from the square which cost about €4 the taxi service did have mini busses which was a bonus for us as a family of 6! There is also some bars and cafes and a shop and a beach which is about a 5-10 minute walk away from the hotel. The maids come in to your room every 4 days to provide clean bedding and towels and have a general clean around for you too.

Rooms are a little dated it don’t let that out you off it is clean and tidy and we will be going back.

The beds could do with updating

Very relaxing and quiet. Pool bar has lots of food options. Apartments are big.

Our beds where rather uncomfortable. Too soft and made noise when you move. Apartments need a bit of love...some paintings and decoration...they are too plain and dark.

There was a warm welcome at reception and the staff spoke very good English, and even came off reception to guide each customer to their individual room. The staff in the bar were very friendly and welcoming - shout out to Jaime for being a great host at the hotel bar. Additionally the hotel offer a complimentary coach into town I believe twice a day (I chose to walk each day so can't comment on the coach).

Be aware reception has limited hours and the hotel facilities are fairly minimal. This was fine for me as a solo traveller, but if you are looking for constant entertainment this isn't the place for you.

Friendly staff

No lifts to far from the center and beach nothing around cafes or shops to get basic needs. Not described properly on booking.com. I and a lot of other people thought it was not far from everything.

Everything was clean (except perhaps the pool could do with cleaning more often) and the rooms are spacious.

This place does not let you use Aircon! They will tell you it does not work and admit they have no intent of ever 'fixing' it, whereas really they have confiscated the remote (presumably to save on energy bills). It is possible to turn it on manually by opening up the Aircon and pressing a button under the hood but they won't tell you that as clearly they don't want people to use it. I can't speak for all staff but there was 1 receptionist we dealt with on several occasions and she clearly didn't care to do any part of her job (e.g. when we checked in, she spent the whole time listening to and replying to voice messages on WhatsApp and was so engrossed in it she didn't actually show us to our room and give us any information about the apartments except what our room number was. When we told her about problems like the Aircon she would simply state 'its broken' and offer no apology or alternative). Most things followed the same pattern- they would work, but to a bare minimum standard- e.g. they were beds, but they were pretty basic and uncomfortable. There were barely any sunbeds around the pool that weren't sagging in the middle and broken.

Clean love it there stay a few times a year

My only criticism. Is not with the apartments. It's the guests. They smoke around the pool area, stub the ends out on the ground and leave it to get blown in the pool it's disgusting... Have some consideration and put it in the bin.
