Perfekt beliggenhet og vakkert gammelt hotel, men støvete og skittent rom.

Støvete teppe og dårlig rengjort rom. Sengen var full i svarte hår og støv langs sengegavel. Ville ha cappuccino til frokost fra maskin som stod i frokostbuffet … men måtte betale ekstra for dette.

Very hard to say, I think location.

My stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. The room felt incredibly outdated, lacking basic amenities that you would expect in modern hospitality. There was no coffee machine or even a water kettle in the room, and with no air conditioning during the summer, we were forced to leave the window open, which led to a night of constant disturbance from road noise. Additionally, there was no safe to store valuables. The breakfast was by far the worst part of the experience. The selection was minimal, and although breakfast was included in the room rate, I was shocked to find that a café latte wasn’t—being charged SEK 52 for it was beyond frustrating. To top off the miserable stay, on the day of our departure, we arranged a cab through the airline to take us to the airport. I inquired at the reception during check-out about how cabs typically access the hotel, given its location in a historical quarter. Thankfully, I asked, because only then did the receptionist remember to mention that the airline called up and told him we’d need to walk 200 meters and wait under a statue for the cab. When I asked for more details, like a contact number or how to recognize the cab, I was met with a vague response. Trusting the receptionist, we moved our luggage to the designated spot, only to realize something was off. After a frustrating 20 minutes on hold with the airline, I finally connected with the driver, who informed me that he was waiting right in front of the hotel. It turns out he had obtained a permit to drive directly to the hotel, but the receptionist was completely unaware and unhelpful. In short, nothing went right during our stay. I strongly recommend avoiding this property.

Room was advertised small and it certainly was small for two larger adults!

Wonderful old building, full of character, yet clean and functional. Great location, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast.

Nothing - I liked everything about it.

Frukosten var utsökt, mycket bra miljötänk med portioner med bla juice och yoghurt i glasflaska/burk. Utomordentligt bra läge, massor med restauranger och sevärdheter bara runt hörnet.

Ventilationen i rummet kunde varit bättre, varmt och lite dålig luft.
