The choice at breakfast was good, and the room was nice enough.

Massive queues at breakfast. The dining area is too small for the number of people. There are not enough sunbeds around the pool for the number of guests.

Very good and helpful staff. Breakfast has lots of options. Location is very good. Rooms are pretty spacious. Room temperature is maintained even when you're out of room.

It is an old hotel. View wasn't that great. No hand towels.

Breakfast - excellent, vast choice and good quality. No excessive queuing even at peak times they managed to seat us quickly. On one day they even opened an overspill room with all the same breakfast choices. Options for restaurants, drinks and entertainment within the hotel were great after a busy day The Hard Rock and another restaurant (name I forget) both had live music which was excellent.

We booked for a family of 5 with 3 young children and expected to be together as it was one booking, we were on the same floor but the rooms were not next to each other. With young kids this is a pain the ideal situation which we've had in other hotels would be adjoining rooms. The 3rd bed was also not ready for us and we had to request this very late at night when children were falling asleep and being carried. We had mixed experience with staff we had some great people such as the manager at the front desk, the others either seemed new or lacked knowledge and didn't understand English very well so we had some barriers and repetition in our communication. The people that seated us at breakfast were efficient and welcoming.

おそらく老舗ホテル　よって設備に古さはあるもののメンテナンスに来てくれるし、格式は最低限保たれてる 部屋の広さやデスク、テーブルも充分でモノを置くストレスが軽減される（失くす落とす見つけるなど） 朝食バイキングが充実していて楽しかった

2泊中1日目はお湯が出なかった　完全に水ではなく身体は気合いで洗ったが髪は洗えない温度　フロントに部屋替えを頼んだら、その日は設備会社が来てくれなくて全館同様と　絶句したがその後お湯は出るようになった しかし今度はトイレの水が止まらなくなった（溢れるわけではなく）すぐ設備担当が来て調整してくれたが、古い故にこういうこともあるらしい ただスタッフは誠実に対応してくれたので怒る気にはなれず😅
