Clean and bright apartment with all you may need for a perfect stay! Quiet in the apartment without outside noise. Comfortable beds for a perfect rest. Very friendly staff.

The winter season was finished, and we were practically alone in the object, so it was very peaceful, great for a rest. The beds are very very comfortable.

Wi-fi could be better.

İts the apart hotel so it has own kitchen in room we make out breakfrast and dinner you have everything you need in kitchen except salt and pepper :)). While we are skiing housekeeping clean the including washing the dishes which is perfect ! We love this hotel verymuch we prefer this hotel next time !

We have spent 2 night in this hotel and I enjoyed it very very much! Location is perfect, it is very safe, rooms are clean and are very spacious. The staff is great and helpful. We will be staying there again the next time Highly recommended.......

Staff at bars and restaurants are rude and try to overcharge you any chance they get. Hotel staff were amazing though

270 degrees mountain view from balcony, 2 toilets for 2 rooms apartment, it's convenient for us. Fullly equipmented kitchen, important can cook by ourselves during the season of COVID. Service was good, flexible time for check out.

One of the cleanest places I have ever been. Floors and surfaces were shining and fresh. Beds were comfortable, kitchen corner had all necessary stuff to prepare some basic food. Hosts were great - we booked a studio and even if we asked after being registered and luggage was already in the studio, they allowed us to switch to an apartment. It was very quiet and perfect for a rest after a day in the mountains. Will definitely stay there when we next visit Bansko.

We were three of us and hot water was running out. Early morning sun can wake you up despite the curtains - some window blinds might help. There are no restaurants nearby but this is not really a problem.
