Good location. Unable to comment on breakfast as didn't have it.

Owner was in a bad mood upon arrival as multiple people were going to be late arriving due to it being a Friday evening and bad weather. I did however arrive on time

I stay away very often in eastbourne and have stayed in numerous hotels. Both myself and my partner nadine have never felt so welcome as we did staying at the reymar. Nick and all the staff were a breath of fresh air. The room and facilities were perfect and the breakfast was perfect. Thank you so much reymar for a very pleasant stay. We will see you again x

Breakfast, very good, Location good....

Shower /toilet too close to bed, didn't like the design of that..... But worse was the broken bed, it collapsed whilst leaning up on mattress by the head end.... The owner said he would pick a better room if we stayed there again.... I would hope he would do (maybe a Seaview room)

I really liked nick and his lovely cooked breakfasts. The breakfast area was very relaxed and nice. He was very polite and friendly. The room itself was clean and tidy. It gave generous portions of milk, coffee and water. These things were noticed. Plenty of towels information and good WiFi.

For me the room was small and walls are thin. This is not so much a complaint but can be difficult and not very relaxing. When you have spent you whole day out and just want to chill in your room a little it's not really spacious compared to some hotels or rooms I've stayed in eastbourne. The TV was tiny and gets stuck on the babe station this could be really bad in many situations. I can get over all those things as they are small things but the shower is really the biggest problem waiting 5 min or more at times just for the water to heat up. I really haven't seen this before . Also the common area was closed all the time. Although we didn't want to go there we still noticed it was closed all the time. I don't want to be ungrateful but if these small things can lead to a little change it might make people stays nicer.
