Tutto perfetto dalla disponibilità del personale e i servizi che vengono offerti !!! Siamo stati solo una notte, abbiamo usufruito della piscina del trenino che ti porta direttamente in spiaggia al lido del villaggio e abbiamo pure cenato al ristorante tutto ottimo e dopo cena siamo andati in piscina dove organizzavano serata dance!!! Molto poco il tempo ma ci siamo sentiti come a casa davvero super consigliato !!! Torneremo sicuramente 💪

Nice pools and children activities

Room for four was extremely small, two beds in the kitchen, no room to even move. On veranda could not stay because of sewage smell all day long. $300 per day deserve better facilities

Nice pools. There are good facilities eg tennis courts etc. Big comfy bed, amazing shower. Nice sized apartment.

This campsite seemed to cater for more Italian tourists rather than international ones as there are lot of residents living there. We were the only English/French speaking tourists in the complex. Staff had very little English. You need to drive to go to any town. Apart from the short walk to the beach down a straight road, it is not possible to walk anywhere without taking the car. Our fault for not properly researching it. I would go to Follonica or Piombino. The beds on the Orrizonte beach were 25 euro for 2 beds and a parasol, very expensive for a beach that belongs to the hotel. The locked connecting doors between accommodation means you can hear everything in your neighbours apartment. The terraces between the apartments are very close ( 1 metre apart separated by hedging ). The charm bungalos look better and more spacious.

Nice, quite, calm environment. Very clean place and staff are very helpful will visit again for sure.

Be aware that you pay on the property for this booking reservation. Nothing that I did not like.

Clean good facilities

Homes are comfy (if you can take the Charme ones) and very family oriented with 2 nice swimming pools, 2 bars , 1 restaurant and 500 meters from beautiful beach ! Staff is very friendly. I was there with my family and 2 teenagers and they loved it. For the beach you need to book due to covid unless you go on the “spiaggia libera-free beach”: we really loved the Baracchina beach! Great to have air co in the rooms as it can be very hot and humid in August !

No cleaning service included in the week we where there but we had towels and sheets already done at arrival! Noisy some evenings depending on your neighbors!
