Our host Teresa was friendly and has a great attitude. Breakfasts were sufficient without being great. Onsite parking was very helpful. Reasonable value.

The facilities are quite old and scrappy carpet mats are covering grubby old carpet. Toiletries were very basic.

Location great for beaches, Perth and Fremantle and only half hour from airport. Teresa is a very happy and helpful host.

An absolutely charming room in a wing of the owners house. Everything I could want and a very welcoming host who really made the stay very special. Teresa was a fantastic host - felt really at home. Plenty of electrical outlets to charge all my gear - laptop, phone, drone, etc.

We booked a room for 3 nights. We had a good rest. The room was nice and comfortable. Theresa is very warm, helpful and interested in her guests. She prepared good breakfasts for us and shared with us good places to visit in the area. The shops are a 2 minute walk away and Wawrick station is 20 minutes away. Thank you very much Theresa for a great stay and your help, we will remember it very well. See you soon! Sophie & Noé

a bit to far from our family

Each room had its own private bathroom unlike other B&B's where guests have to use a shared bathroom and toilet facilities. Room had a Microwave, Kettle, Fridge and TV plus Cups with Tea and coffee. Water for shower was nice and hot.

There was no cutlery or crockery other cups and a teaspoon. If you cooked a microwave meal, there was not any knives and forks with which to eat the meal. Having a couple of plates to put on a heated up take away meal would also have been handy plus some detergent to wash up.

Pleasant, comfortable. Hostess obliging and helpful. Close to supermarket. Well lit at night with security cameras. Will stay again next time we are in Perth .

Small rugs on floor at entrance could be a trip hazard for older folks .

A good variety and quantity of foods.
