The room was comfortable and clean. The room was clean and breakfast was good and the staff were polite and helpful.

The room was small and the breakfast can be better with some vegetarian choices. The location was far from center of Parris.

Staff were excellent. Location is OK, don't worry about the area, it's totally normal and fine. Try the Italian nearby it's all fine.

Too small a room for a family of 4 with suitcases. Too small a parking garage. Hosts were irritated.

It is a long list. No amenities, bad facilities, small room. It was my anniversary and on special request they gave me a big room with a bath tub however on seeing the room there was no bathtub and the room was also not big. During 2 day trip my room was changed 3 times because one room had plumbing issue with dirty water coming in it. Overall really bad experience.

The bathroom was clean not messy. The beds had ring light so didn’t have to use all the main lights in room.

We didn’t like the noise in hotel , unfortunately the floor we was on there was lots of noise and it was hard to relax after a long road trip journey from UK. There was construction going on in the building through the night and the noise had began even before we could check out at 10am!! All we wanted was to relax as soon as we hit the hotel and get decent sleep. We couldn’t charge our phones as the socket were placed underneath the head board was hard to see and had difficulty using our other electric items e.g straighter. The day we went to check in the main hotel staff was rude upon arrival , our check in time was from 2pm but we didn’t get to hotel till 2:30pm and still had to wait over an hour to get our rooms and be checked in. when asking questions to main staff of hotel he would move ignorant and communication was poor. We wasn’t aware of city tax and all he had to do was explain it to us but he was adamant on taking payment from us rather than explaining this to us.

Location isn’t a great and needs to be more careful especially during night time. Rooms are extremely small and breakfast also very simple without much care and attention.

The first two days elevator was broken and we had to take steps to got to our room at 5th floor. The location was terrible! The room was terribly small and me and my wife couldnt move without kicking each other The hotel environment was so poor The cost was much higher than the value. We spent huge money for a poor place to stay in Paris!
