fait vraiment du bien, lit confortable et propreté des lieux. Sécurité du parking.

Nothing- our experience was horrible
Someone tried to open our door, prostitute lit a cigarette in a room above us and the fire alarm was there for 30 min during night. Don’t recommend this experience to anyone

the room and bathroom were clean
the room and bathroom were clean but every noise in the surrounding rooms or outside were heard in the room . bed was uncomfortable

there was no receptionist when we arrived. we waited 3 hours for reception to opened. we was able to check in 7pm in the evening.
they charge us 4 times for 2 rooms. nobody speaks to you English. France totally disappointed for us. the country is a land of thieves. All our trips it just felt robbed from the country.

The price was very good. Value for money overall superb! We stayed multiple nights and explored the area. Having a car is highly suggested. Nice staff also and most importantly for us: Very clean with daily cleaning.
The shower was a little small but big enough. The duckboard was only a flat piece of wood. If you need a proper bed I would not recommend this place for multiple nights.

We are a couple travelling with a small dog and stayed at this hotel for a one night stopover on our road trip. The hotel was easy to find and the room was clean, and the beds comfortable enough. The property had safe parking on the premises (in a gated parking lot, that needs a code to open) at no extra cost. Annecy city center is 15min away by car.
The shower/bathroom is a hospital-style plastic installation within the room (not a separate room).

Too close to the main street, very loud in early morning
Very loud alarm noise rang at 10 pm and lasted more than 10 minutes. No apology from the hotel the next day
