Des travaux sur la façade qui débutent dès avant 8 heures le matin, et l'obligation de fermer la fenêtre et les volets pour ne pas avoir de projections. L'hôtel aurait pu communiquer en amont sur cela.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Grounds, pool and hotel very nice and clean.

Clean and brand new room, friendly reception, good breakfast.

Almost brand new internally. Looks a little rough from outside but it's under renovation. Good breakfast and comfy room.

Ok outside this hotel looks a little bit tired but inside is fully refurbished and still smells new. It has a swimming pool so it is nice to jump in after the trip Overall a very good experience. Don't forget to go to town centre by car 6 minutes,30 minutes walking is very nice old French town

Great little hotel obviously in the process of being done up, internals and rooms look recently decorated and the pool area too. A nice easy 20-25 min walk into Dole. Staff really friendly.

The outside of the property is looking a little tired but I’m sure it’s about to be done up.

the reception was not trained . the desscription of the hotel led us to cancel another hotel for several reasons. good restaurant(not available) hotel renovated (true but a hotel with absolutely under dimensioned rooms where you could not drop your bags, should not at all renovated but torn down).I have stayed in many Best Western Hotels in the US and even in France ,this was by far the worst. I imagine the lowest low budget line in France!

the hotel under renovation. works in progress. The room is brandnew and exelent. But not spacious, it just fits. Bathroom is top. The reception is still under construction. Will be nice in the near future. In the ad there is a pool, not yet operational.

The cost is too high! much to expansive for such a cramped room. Only beds, almost no other furniture. A bedside table, no chair with desk.

Charles the manager was excellent, very helpful. We explained the hotel was going through a complete refurbishment programme. So the reception, stairs and hallway was work in progress but the rooms were completely brand new. This was part of the process to join Best Western.

Ensemble correct.

Breakfast was tasty. They had nice orange juice and cereal. They outdoor eating was a good idea.

Rooms were quite dark, and in general it was much more dowdy than appeared in the photos.

The staff were very helpful and attentive. The hotel staff were also very good.

The decor was dark and uninspiring.

Easy access, secure parking, friendly staff. breakfast was good.

The bed was a little too hard and I would like my pillows more puff and plenty. Radiator in the bathroom stayed ice-cold, but fortunately there was plenty of hot water in the shower. Check your credit card charge if you book via some app, it might not show at the reception fast enough which might result double charge!

Nice hotel at outside of Dole. Good for a stay while travelling. Added benefit in summer: a pool. Friendly personnel

The staff were very pleasant and friendly and there is an outdoor swimming-pool. That makes it a suitable place for stressed-out drivers.

As it is not in the city centre, parking is easy but one does need to drive to have a meal.
