The location was very good related to bus routes and amenities

Unfortunately the hotel has bad service. We understand that it was Easter weekend, but our TV was broken and in spite of promises, nothing was done in 3 days. The reception was also closed during half our stay.

Breakfast was really good.

Hotel's policy to charge 5 full nights to my friend coming from US reserving another room and cancelling before arrival while the room was immediately sold to another quest after cancellation as we checked with the reception. There was no loss of revenue for the hotel because of this cancellation but the hotel earns more out of this room. I think this policy can be changed to a more flexible one. Normally one night charge is reasonable in such situations if the hotel is full and the room can be sold to another quest.

The hosts were nice and helpful. The room was clean. The hotel can be easily and relatively quickly reached by S-bahn and bus (and then U-bahn), even though located a bit far from the city center. There are a couple of good places for breakfast and dinner nearby. Calm and quiet neighbourhood.

The water pressure on the third floor was somehow low for taking a normal shower. Would like to have more hangers/hooks for clothes and towels, and may be small refrigerator.

Price was too high considering the offer. I stayed at the hotel during an exhibition in the city.. too overpriced

Very clean and comfortable. We stayed only for one night as we were traveling through Germany. Wonderful access from motorway.

The shower screen was broken in one of the rooms.

It world be better if Erdinger Inn was serving food. We tried to get dinner in Erdinger Inn on Monday evening but we had to go to nearby Chinese Hao restaurant (which was actually very good).

. However, upon arrival at the hotel, it turned out that the conditions in the Hotel did not fully correspond to those described on your website. Namely: 1). There is no water in the washbasin in the room - it is impossible to wash your hands. 2). The room stinks terribly 3). There is no Wi-Fi in the room. Connection - with the hotel network - is present, but there is no Internet access. I was expecting some Important Letters at this exact time - and was due to have a Zoom Conference. In this regard , I was forced to immediately leave this hotel , book another hotel on your website for the same night and spend the night in it .... In addition - I would like to point out - that the area of the room, which is indicated on the website, is 25 sq.m. and is not close to reality. Send your inspector - and let him check.... There is a maximum of 14 meters, or even 13. In addition, I would like to note that the hotel staff is rude. Calls customers obscene words, and is rude. To my repeated request to solve the problem in Wi-Fi, they replied that they didn’t understand anything at all and couldn’t do anything, they just sit in the hotel .... When I asked - they - maybe they still work in the hotel - and not just sitting there - they said that they were paid too little to also work for this money .... In general, I travel a lot, and have been to many countries and hotels - but with such a blatantly dismissive attitude towards I encounter a client for the first time .....

The room had a good layout and had lots of space. We have stayed there for one night only, it was a good transit hotel.

The receptionist was quite aloof and looked like we were bothering him with every question we had. Surely the hotel could have found someone more friendly and helpful.
