Hotel finde ich super. Zimmer schön groß aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Tolles Frühstück.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war super! Es war alles ausreichend vorhanden und wurde stets ausgefüllt.
Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Tische wurden immer sofort leer geräumt
Unser Zimmer war leider sehr sehr staubig! Gerade das Badezimmer war dann schon schmuddelig. Selbst bei der Eingangstüre konnte man den letzten Wisch erkennen.
Wir wollten auf die Bergseite, haben wir nicht bekommen und wurde auch nicht erläutert
Beim einchecken war das Personal schon sehr überfordert, jedoch nicht unfreundlich

Ontbijt is goed
Omschreven faciliteiten waarvoor wij Stern hadden gekozen werden niet aangeboden. Grill restaurant was door bedrijvenketen afgehuurd, pizzeria ivm ziek personeels gesloten en discotheek alleen in t weekend geopend. Bar sluit om 5 uur s'middags....

Our room was clean and neat. Breakfast buffet had many varieties which was nice.
Willingen is very popular with Dutch people. It would be nice if the signs, menus, etc. in the hotel were provided also in Dutch or English. Also, lagune pool was closed during our stay (late Feb. 2023) which was a disappointment for our children. Breakfast had very limited options for vegetarians and vegans. I'd expect more veggies and fruits.

There was a good choice on the breakfast menu if you left breakfast hungry that would be your own fault. The food was laid out in two different areas so access was easy.I would have prefered to have salt and pepper on the table instead of having to get it from the servery.

Reception was not smiley and welcoming. You book dinner but there is no drinks in it

Rooms are large, have a balcony and are clean.
It is not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Rooms are outdated, no facilities like a coffee machine etc.

A good and extensive breakfast. Besides that the skilift is nearby and you have enough parking facilities.
It's a very large hotel, due to that the restaurant for breakfast and diner are also very big which makes it look a bit cheerless.

location is nice, the pool, sauna were good.
the room is more or less fine, but quite old. mattress, pillows I didn’t like, it was really hard to sleep for me, mattress was like it’s made from wood, I know this is very relative thing and my wife slept fine, but this information could be useful for someone. breakfast was quite poor, and no even a small water bottle in the room…
