Tolles, neuwertiges Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal, leckeres ausgiebiges Frühstück, perfekte Lage, Zimmerausstattung hervorragend!

Uns hat alles gefallen. Einzig zu „kritisieren“ ist der Saunabereich, bei dem ein Kaltwasserschlauch oder Becken wünschenswert wäre. Aber wir haben uns dennoch sehr gut erholt und wohl gefühlt.

Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral und man erreicht alles Wichtige in kurzer Zeit. Die Zimmer sind einladend und sauber. Das Essen ist vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen vielfältig und sehr lecker.

Der Parkplatz kostet extra.

Die Lage des Hotels ist absolut unschlagbar gut. Die Zimmer sind wirklich gut, jedoch erwartet man für das Geld mehr Sauberkeit. Im Bad haben wir Wattepads, Ohrstäbchen und körperfremde etc. vermisst. Bei einem Hotel wie diesem, mehr als enttäuschend. Die Betten sind super bequem. Enttäuscht waren wir vom Frühstück. Es ist so hoch gepriesen, was wir nicht nachvollziehen können. Es gab keine Kaffee Spezialitäten, für Veganer war die Auswahl bescheiden.

Wunderschönes Hotel im Art Deco-Stil, innen wie außen sehr gepflegt, ansprechend und einfach schön. Überall hübsche Details - sogar die Decken-Lichtspots im Bad hatten jugendstiltypische Glasmanschetten! Wer diesen Stil liebt, wird hier glücklich sein.

The annex/dependance is not 4 star. Really not even 3, but the price is still very high. We stayed in a family room and the layout was ideal- a hallway separating two rooms, but the sofa bed was barely big enough for my two small children under 5 years old. It is much better suited to a couple or a family with one child. The room was not so clean, very dark, and in need of repair/paint job. We ate at the brassiere connected to the hotel and although breakfast in the same space was great, dinner was subpar.

Great localisation nearby the sea. Very good restaurant and great breakfast, I mean really great :) Very nice place for a couple days of vacation with family.

Everything, especially the waiting and cleaning staff. The Indonesian staff were excellent, such good service, friendly and very helpful!

No criticisms to make, all excellent.

Very good breakfast with optional champagne. We had a very good dinner in the hotel restaurant one evening. Other evenings we ate out, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel is very close to the beach and the old border-tower. The beach, and indeed the whole area, is very clean and well kept.

The main building is beautiful. The room we booked was in a building aside. It was nice but very warm, the air stood still.

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff, comfy & stylish rooms and a great breakfast buffet. The location is right by the beach, lot's of dining and shopping options nearby. We stayed for a little weekend getaway for 2 and it's perfect for this.

We liked the design of the entire property. The room was very clean, airy and light. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The bed was a little too firm for our taste.

Staff were great, location was superb. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was also very good. The Breakfast room was outstanding! Everything was perfect!

Assigned breakfast times. No reservation available for dinner wth friends in the redtaurant, because everything wss booked. Expexted in high season, but still disappointing.

Breakfast was great. Lots of options. Staff was super friendly. They were always courteous. Secure parking lot. Required a special key to drive in. Early check out. We were able to check out the night prior and have an less stressful travel day.

WiFi was horrible in our room. It seemed like the signal ended at our door. Our son ran out the room to get connected every evening. This left us with a unsecure feeling that the door wasn't shut. Not sure if Ribs & Bones was part of the hotel. If so, we couldn't get a table in the time we were there.

The style and the clean large room. The bed was fantastic and the great balcony was a hit.

There was a lot og smokers. It was permitted to smoke on the balconies. This was very unpleasent.
