Possibility of parking in underground garage

After check I received information that breakfast will be in another hotel which is over 400m away from hotel. No possiblity to buy any water or other small snack in hotel reception/ lobby. No hot water available on morning. It seems that hotel is only machine for money with no interest to keep hotel clear and friendly. Same quality as Hostel.

It’s a hotel unreliable. I left my AirPod in room 205 . They told me it was it not found . It was impossible. I am 100 Percentage sue I put it here on the desk.

Es war ein angenehm ruhiger Aufenthalt in einem gemütlichen Zimmer. Kostenfreier Parkplatz. Frühstück im 400 m entfernten Nachbarhotel war sehr gut. Sehr bequeme Betten. Bis zur Innenstadt sind es mit dem Auto ca. 12 min.

Ruhige Lage, großes Zimmer, sehr gutes umfangreiches kaltes und warmes Frühstück im Nachbarhotel, kostenlose Tiefgarage

Wir hatten das Zimmer Nr. 114. Es wirkte durch seine Größe mit den wenigen Möbeln, überwiegend in weiß vor weißen Wänden, kahl und ungemütlich. Eine Nachttisch-Lampe defekt, Hahn am Waschbecken locker, ebenso der Handtuchhalter daneben. Schön wäre auch mehr Sichtschutz an den Fenstern, besonders im Bad. Vielleicht mit Schiebegardinen wie in den anderen Zimmern. Dann würde es schon etwas wohnlicher wirken. Ein Safe fehlte ebenfalls.

Das Frühstück.

Einchecken wegen Borussia Mönchengladbach im Hotel erst ab 22.30 Uhr. Auf der Matratze gekräuselte Haare, dreckiger Toilettensitz, tote Spinne an der Decke, schlechter TV Empfang, dreckige Wände, 800 mtr Weg zum Frühstück im Schwesterhotel, keine Mitarbeiterinnen am Empfang.

We have stayed about 6 times here, so we are used to their friendly service.

The breakfast was very nice.

On booking.com the hotel said they had a laundry that could be used but were told there was none when we arrived. Being able to do our laundry was the main reason for selecting this facility. They need to take that off booking.com if it is not offered.

First room had bad smell, so staff changed it to another without hesitation. comfortable room, nice bath, breakfast was good.

Price was good. Staff friendly.Free parking and WiFi. Breakfast good

Bathroom was looking old and rooms a little small. Bed to soft for me.

There was no fridge in the room.

I’m so impressed and never expected such hospitality with a Good breakfast. Wow 🤩! I will forget my experience there and will definitely lodge there anytime any day am in that area.

The waste bin in the bathroom was full from previous occupancies and I had to wipe clean a few stains from father table

Very nice service, friendly atmosphere, help at every step. A hotel at a high level, focused on guests. Full professionalism.

Bed was comfortable

No staff, had to go to another hotel half a mile up the road to check in and for breakfast. Had to buy our own toilet roll as it hadn’t been replenished and as there were no staff we couldn’t ask anyone.2nd day no coffee or tea was put into the room.

Room was fine, clean & warm ( almost too warm)

There had been no warning when we booked that checkin & breakfast were in another hotel 1/2 mile away. Kettle in room didn't work.

my last visit was before the pandemic and the hotel badly deteriorated since

dirty wall, dirty curtains, suspect carpet due to trade exhibition in Düsseldorf, prices were outrageous

We liked the convenient location and the very convenient underground parking.

We were disappointed that the coffee/tea maker only had one single tea bag and one mini packet of sugar. And that was it. It had not been replenished after the previous guests.
