Loft room was lovely and spacious. it did allow a degree of self catering which on a long trip was nice for a few days.

The road was a bit noisy. access to the spa was external, would be better if you could access from the rooms which are located behind reception.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all my needs (we spoke through whatsapp multiple times during the day). The loft is perfect for a family of 4. Breakfast served at the room was great too.

I received a complaint of noise at 5p.m. because my 2 small children (5yo and 1yo) were running around the room (no screaming or anything). If it were late at night (after 8pm or something) I would totally understand and apologize. I believe the staff could have done a better job filtering the complaints.

The property was really nice, in a good location 10 minutes away (with the car) from the city centre. The room were huge, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast service in the room was perfect.

The pool area was really uncomfortable. Really hot inside, you can’t breathe for how hot it was. They tell you that you can use the sauna and the steam room but they were both turned off. The staff needs to communicate more, when I was checking out they didn’t have a proof that I paid 2 days before and this was a little bit annoying.

There wasn't really any housekeeping. Our bed was not made on a daily basis. The WiFi was incredibly poor and kept cutting out / was largely unusable. Breakfast was only croissant and coffee.
